The Inner City Run Drift Zone is a great location to test your drifting ability in Forza Horizon 6. This drift zone can be a little more tricky than the rest, as one wrong turn could lead you directly into a lake.
The Inner City Run Drift Zone is also the nominated location for the "Spin City" daily challenge in the Horizon Decades Festival Playlist, and unfortunately, you need to earn three stars to complete it. On top of that, it has to be done in a car from the 2000s, so the much beloved Nissan Sprinter Trueno is out of the question.

No prizes for guessing that the Inner City Run Drift Zone location is in Tokyo City. More specifically, it's in the northern park in Tokyo City, just south of the Tokyo City Day Trip story with Mei and north of the Electric Town Circuit road race.
There's one road running through the park that has the drift zone flags on the side of the path. It has a nice curvature, making it a perfect road to drift through. However, as this challenge is in the winter, avoid drifting in the snowbecause you won't receive points. Take it slow, stick to the main road, and try to make it through in one continuous drift. Also, remember that you can rewind if you mess up on a turn. Your points will also go back, but you won't have to completely restart the challenge.
You need to achieve 45,000 points to earn three stars here, but if you're struggling to nail it, read up on both of our drifting guides: how to drift and the best cars for drifting.
