What’s the next event in Monopoly GO?

Monopoly GO has tons of different events for you to participate in, from daily tournaments to monthly Partners events and seasonal minigames with dozens of valuable rewards. Events are the way to go if you want to keep your dice high and obtain prizes like Wild Stickers and five-star card packs.

As of January 7, 2025, Monopoly GO currently has a main event, tournament, and season active. Peg-E’s Prize Drop minigame is also ending today, with a Golden Blitz event recently occurring.

Season – Jingle Joy

• Start Date: December 5, 2024
• End Date: January 16, 2025

Monopoly GO’s Jingle Joy album includes 14 Winter-themed sets, with 10,000 dice, a Saxy Santa board token, and cash up for grabs as completion rewards.

• Start Date: January 5, 2025, 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET
• End Date: January 8, 2025, 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET

The next Monopoly GO main event will begin on January 8, 2025, at 7 a.m. PT or 10 a.m. ET. While Chiseled Riches had the exclusive Moose board token as a potential reward, there’s no word on whether the next event will have a similar prize available.

Tournament – Glacier Glide

• Start Date: January 6, 2025, 10 a.m. PT / 1 p.m. ET
• End Date: January 7, 2025, 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET

Monopoly GO’s tournaments are typically daily, giving you a few thousand dice as potential rewards and leaderboard ranking prizes depending on how many railroad points you collect. Glacier Glide, in particular, was also your last opportunity to collect Peg-E Prize Drop tokens before its end on January 7.

Special Event – Peg-E Prize Drop

• Start Date: January 5, 2025, 7 a.m. PT / 10 a.m. ET
• End Date: January 7, 2025, 12 p.m. PT / 3 p.m. ET

Monopoly GO’s latest special event is Peg-E’s prize drop minigame, a plinko-styled event that gives you dice, cash, and sticker packs as you collect points. It also includes a Wild Sticker as one of its major rewards, giving you a chance to get one guaranteed card of your choice before Jingle Joy’s end next week.

Monopoly GO Quick Wins list – January 7

Alongside your regular events and minigames, Monopoly GO also has a Quick Wins list that gives you a small amount of dice and cash. Each day, you can collect various milestone prizes for finishing all three Quick Wins, with a weekly prize usually consisting of five-star packs or Wild Stickers.
