The first event of 2025 is coming to Warframe, starting with the Lunar New Year. It isn’t as major as the anniversary of the game, but there are still many things to look forward to.
That being said, here’s everything you need to know about the event.
Warframe Lunar New Year event start date
The Lunar New Year event in Warframe will begin on January 15, 2025. Bundles, floofs, skins, and other cosmetics will appear in the shop.
This event should run until February 15, so there will be plenty of time to get the alerts done and maybe amass enough Platinum to snag some of the limited-time cosmetics.

Right now, it seems that only Mirage will be getting a new themed skin for the event. Frames from previous years who got skins include Saryn, Chroma, and Grendel, which they may return in.
We’ll also see the following items and skins in the three bundles:
- Charming Snake Floof
- Hespar Lunaeus Skin (melee weapon skin)
- Cordmade Sugatra (melee attachment skin)
- Lunar Renewal Snake Flourish
- Lunar Renewal Snake Sigil
- Lunar New Year Renewal Theme
- Mirage Nuwa Floof
- Boltor Lunaeus Skin
- Moondance Kavat Armor
- Heaven Stones Ephemera
These will all be sold in three separate bundles, but are likely to be sold individually as well. All bundles coming with these items will also give you some form of in-game currency, mods, or materials.
Are there any free items?
For people who want something to grind for, there isn’t much to look forward to other than getting the new Yisi Glyph for your profile icon or the Lunar Renewal Snake Emblem, which will be available via alerts.
You’ll have more than enough time to at least get some items out of this event, but get on it if you don’t want to miss out!
