Former reality star Spencer, 37, - whose family own a hotel on the island - was showing off his muscular physique as they posed on the idyllic beach.
Podcaster Vogue, 40, looked stunning in the bright swimwear as she accessorised with a pink hat and huge sunglasses.
Other snaps showed them spending quality time with their three children Theodore, seven, and Gigi, five.
Vogue was also enjoying relaxing on the beach as one shot showed her in a white lace shirt flaunting her toned legs as she posed on the sand.

The holiday comes after last month Vogue hit out at a cruel online troll who claimed she 'leeches off men for money and exposure' as she pleaded for people to be nice.
The TV and radio personality took to Instagram in February to share a screenshot of a cruel comment on one of her posts.
Under a post she had shared, a troll wrote: 'The brain to leech off men for exposure and money while p***ing on everyone around me? Nah thanks, I'd rather be a nice person that doesn't use others around her. But carry on.'
A furious Vogue replied to the comment saying: 'Well you're certainly not doing well on the nice front!
'Go check MY company accounts and then come back and tell me I'm leeching off men. See you at the parade hun!'
Sharing the interaction to her Instagram Story, Vogue added: 'I'm never sure of the motive or need for people to publicly scrutinise someone they know nothing about. It's so s**t.
'I'm sick of seeing horrible cr** on the internet and people just abusing other people because they feel like it.
'This person should practice being a nice person a bit more...'

Recently Vogue and Spencer's son Otto was rushed to A&E after suffering a broken collarbone.
She shared on social media earlier this month that her youngest son, three, was wearing a sling following the accident.
Vogue posted a photo of Otto stood in a medical room at Chelsea and Westminster hospital in London, where her little boy was seen.
Alongside the image, she wrote: 'What a weekend! Ended up in A and E with Otto and a broken collarbone. Otty keeps telling us it’s not broken it's better!'
Vogue went on to thank the staff at the hospital and said she was very impressed with how quickly they were seen to.
She said: 'Staff at Chelsea Westminster are amazing and flew through everyone… v impressive and thankful to them. Play Doh fixes all!'
