This week a former Vanderpump Rules cast member used Pride month to come out as gay.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Dayna Kathan described herself as a 'late in life lesbian.'
The 35-year-old ex reality TV personality shared a carousel of photos with friends, featuring her in a black tank top reading 'gay' in capital white letters riffing off the famous Gap logo.
She captioned the post, 'Shout out to my fellow late in life lesbians!! HAPPY PRIDE!!!'
Her former Bravo castmates Katie Maloney and Ariana Madix, both 40, took to the comments to show their support.
'My favorite lesbian! I love you so much!!!' wrote Maloney, while Madix added,' ilysm!!!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️'

Taking to Instagram Stories, the star wrote, 'My journey with queerness wasn't linear, and at times very scary and confusing.'
She told her 248,000 followers, 'I had to unpack A LOT of sh*t to get to this point. All of this to say, if you aren't out and struggling – take your time. You will get there. And it's pretty [fabulous] on the other side.'
Kathan previously came out as bisexual on a 2019 Vanderpump Rules episode.
At the time, she bonded with co-star Madix as they referred to each other as 'bi sisters' during an LA Pride-themed episode.
'That was my first LA Pride ever, though. But then I also came out as bi,' she said in on the show, per Them. 'I just feel so much lighter now that that’s out there.'
Kathan joined Vanderpump Rules in season 7.
The former TV star now co-hosts the podcast Disrespectfully alongside Maloney.
Season 11 of Vanderpump Rules ended on a sour note in May 2024, due to Madix and Tom Sandoval's scandalous breakup.
The friends and co-stars were divided when Sandoval's affair with Rachel Leviss was brought to light in 2023.

It highlighted the behind-the-scenes lives and drama of servers at Vanderpump's West Hollywood eatery SUR Restaurant & Lounge.
The cheating bombshell took place after filming for season 10 wrapped.
The 11th season premiered in January 2024 and documented the aftermath of the split between live-in partners Madix and Sandoval, who had dated for nine years.
Following a cast shakeup, season 12 premiered in December 2025 and wrapped in March 2026.
