The Irwin family looked as close as ever as they stepped out at the airport on Monday, two days before the 18th anniversary of Steve Irwin's tragic death.

Bindi Irwin, 25, was every inch the doting mother as she cradled her two-year-old daughter, Grace Warrior, while walking through Brisbane Airport.

She was joined by her husband Chandler Powell as well as her brother Robert, 20, and mother Terri following their visit to North Queensland for their annual Croc research trip.

Putting on a united display with her family, Bindi opted for comfort dressed in a casual plaid shirt over a grey tee, paired with light blue jeans and white sneakers.

She appeared relaxed yet focused as she carried Grace, who was adorable in a pastel pink jacket and matching pants, holding onto a children's book.

The Wildlife Warrior appeared comfortable and casual, topping her look off with a grey cap.

Walking alongside her was Bindi's husband Chandler, 26, who looked every bit the supportive partner.

Chandler kept it laidback in a black T-shirt, beige shorts, and hiking boots, with a large backpack slung over his shoulder.

The Irwin family had been in North Queensland for their annual Croc research trip, just days before the 19th anniversary of Steve Irwin's tragic death

Joining the couple was Bindi's younger brother, Robert 20, who flashed his signature grin as he strolled through the airport.

The wildlife photographer and conservationist was dressed casually in a fitted navy blue T-shirt that showed off his athletic build, paired with denim jeans and brown hiking shoes.

Robert appeared in high spirits, his bright smile a clear sign that the family continues to find joy even in tough times as he chatted to a male friend.

Meanwhile, their doting mother Terri, 60, was spotted walking separately, keeping a low profile.

The Irwin matriarch opted for comfort in a blue Steve Irwin Wildlife Reserve T-shirt, light jeans, and practical grey trainers.

She added a touch of discretion with a black facemask and cap, her backpack slung over her shoulder as she moved swiftly through the airport.
