While it's still unclear what will happen to the characters in Yellowstoneduring the show's final episodes, the stage is set for a major conflict that will likely only see one sibling winning their family war. While Kayce isn't in a leadership position for either side, his involvement could be the deciding factor in how everything shapes up between Beth and Jamie. With his wife, Monica (Kelsey Asbille) likely to side with his sister, his brother's plans through legal channels, like getting John removed as Governor of Montana, might not be enough to save him.

Voros' statement also indicates this could be the end for the Dutton family, despite rumored plans for a Yellowstone sequel series or even season 6 happening in the future.
