Taylor Swift's future mother-in-law revealed how the superstar supported her when she was cast as a contestant on The Traitors

Donna Kelce, the mother of Swift's fiancé Travis Kelce, was the first-ever 'secret traitor' on the newest season of Peacock's reality competition series.

Though her appearance on the Emmy-winning show was brief, she opened up about how her son's fiancé, the 36-year-old superstar, showed her support.

This comes amid reports that Swift is rumored to be getting married to Travis on June 13, 2026 in Rhode Island

In season four of the Traitors, which aired last month, Donna appeared in only three episodes before she was 'banished' from the game.

Later, she returned for the reunion special, which aired on Thursday, and talked about her football player sons Travis, 36, and Jason, 38, as well as her youngest son's upcoming wedding to the Grammy-winning singer.

Though Donna only appeared on three episodes of the Peacock show, she said during the reunion special that her son Travis and his fiancée both watched and supported her

When asked about how her family reacted to her surprise appearance on the show, she replied: 'They thought that I gave it my best shot.

'But they're like, you know, you were probably more treacherous than we thought you could be,' she added.

She was also asked if Travis's fiancée Swift watched the season, Donna confirmed that the pop star was a fan of the show.

'Yes, she's a watcher. So is her family,' Donna shared. 'They love Traitors.'

Last month, Travis and Jason, who are podcast cohosts, discussed their 73-year-old mom's appearance on The Traitors.

On the brothers' New Heights podcast, they shared their thoughts after watching their mother make her competitive reality TV debut.

'I thought she did fantastic,' Jason said at the time. 'Like, I know she was eliminated, but I think it's really hard to go into those shows as, like, an outsider that you become, like, an easy target to try and maneuver in that show.'

He added: 'I loved watching her in it. She was way more deceitful and devious than I thought Mom could ever be, which was surprising.'

Donna was the first-ever 'secret traitor' on the competition series' fourth season. She was 'banished' after three episodes, but she made her return for the reunion special that aired this week

Travis agreed, chiming in to add: 'She stood her ground at the round table.

'I was so proud of her, man,' he said to his older brother Jason. 'She looked like she was having a blast, enjoying it all. It was just so cool to see her in this moment.'

During their podcast episode, Travis also gave a shoutout to comedian Ron Funches for supporting their mother.

He praised Funches for 'sticking by her and being kind to her,' even if he 'probably felt a certain way after he found out she was the secret traitor.'

This comes amid ongoing rumors that Swift set her upcoming wedding date to Travis for over the summer and will be holding the presumably star-studded ceremony in Rhode Island
