Travis Barker shared a health update after undergoing surgery for his 'numb' arm while posing with wife Kourtney Kardashian in his hospital bed.

The 50-year-old music artist uploaded photos just one day earlier as the TV personality passionately kissed him before the procedure, but did not share the reasoning at the time.

The Blink-182 drummer took to his Instagram stories on Wednesday to reveal that he underwent the surgery to fix a nerve and is already on the mend.

'I had surgery yesterday,' he penned. 'My arm, hand and fingers have been numb since a show I played last month.'

Barker explained that he 'did a nerve test Monday after my show and turns out I needed a cubital tunnel release to fix the nerve.'

The star said he 'wanted to get ahead of it and get it over with so that I can keep playing the way I play for a long long time. Should be good in a few weeks.'
