TOWIE's Danielle Armstrong showed off her post-baby weight-loss as she posed in a bra and jeans for a transformation video on Monday.

The reality star, 38, has two daughters with her husband Tom Edney – Orla, six, and Una, three, and has made no secret of her love for fitness in recent years.

In her new post she posed in a clip from when she was three months post partum with her second child as she struggled to do up her favourite jeans.

It then changed to her looking toned and healthy, as she revealed that the trousers were now actually too big for her.

Danielle penned in the caption of her post as she detailed how she did it: 'Yes, it took a year. No quick fixes, starving myself, extreme diets or hours of cardio. Just a simple plan I could actually stick to.

'I started each day with my breakfast protein shake, then ate little and often, roughly every 2–3 hours. That was five times a day and around 1,500 calories getting 100g of protein alongside a few short weight training sessions I could do at home.

'My Drop a Jean Size challenge starts Monday 5th October. I'm not saying you'll get my result in 21 days, but it's a start, and I'd love to help you get going. DM me 'JEANS' and I'll send you the plan I followed, the workouts and details of how to join'.

Over the top of the clip she wrote: '3 months postpartum and I couldn't get into my fave pair of pre pregnancy jeans.'

Danielle prides herself on 'helping others to become the best version of themselves' and frequently shares her fashion and wellness tips online after dropping a whopping 3.5 stone in 2024.

Danielle has previously emphasised on Instagram that, unlike many other famous faces, she achieved her toned body without the help of weight loss injections.

She has said online: 'In a world that it seems injecting is the only solution for weight loss these days. This is your sign to tell you there is another way.

'If you're someone who wants to prioritise your health and get results without taking any risks or quick fixes to do so, but you're not a big gym lover or haven't got time to meal prep and live on chicken and broccoli then this is your sign to message me NOW.'

She later explained that the secrets to her trim body are simply eating and exercising well.

Danielle said: '80 per cent of what we look like is down to what we eat, you need to find a nutrition plan that will allow you to be in a calorie deficit that doesn't make you feel like you're on a diet.'

Danielle added: 'DIETS DO NOT WORK, they are a quick fix. You need something to follow that is realistic to your lifestyle and you actually enjoy.

'I also stop eating after 8pm which makes a huge difference to your results. Water is key to getting results, I aim for 2.5/3L of water every day.

'I like to track my steps I get quite competitive with myself on the Apple Watch closing my circles.

'I aim for 10K steps minimum per day. Trust me even if you can't get to the gym getting your steps in is still good.

'Supplements have become a big part of my life now, I have a range of pills I take throughout the day which helps my body absorb the good nutrients from foods and smoothies I have. I also have a Pre - Probiotic that I take to keep my gut working its best that helps with weight management / bloating and immune health.

'Lastly sleep and resting is just as important as all the above. Poor sleep can lower your metabolism, making it harder to burn calories. So getting to bed by 10pm and up at 6am [sic].'

The influencer rose to fame on The Only Way Is Essex way back in 2013 but later admitted that she had no intention of being in the public eye.

Danielle said on Vicky Pattison's The Secret To podcast: 'I never wanted to be famous or in the industry. I was dating Lockie [James Lock] at the time, when I had my fashion job.

'I was a buyer for Topshop and when he got asked to go on that show, I was talking to him at the time so then I got asked. That just naturally happened.'
