In a bonus episode posted Wednesday, the Lost in the Everglades producer-actress revealed her congenital condition pectus excavatum gives her sternum a concave appearance, which hasn't helped the speculation.
'People are like, "What's that gap between her boobs?"' Spelling said.
'I'm like, "It's my bone thing. It's high here but it goes in. Like, even when I was five years old it looked like I had cleavage. So people shame me all the time, "Look how bad her boob job is!" And I'm like, "You guys, I have like a bone thing that's genetic."'
The 9021OMG podcaster was interviewing plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow when she suddenly asked him to perform her fourth breast augmentation, this time to downsize her 'heavy' silicone implants from 2021.
'They're so heavy,' Spelling lamented.
'I'm miserable with them. They put that mesh bra in, but I still have ripples. So did it work? And it doesn't hold me up, the mesh bra.'
The 67-year-old Botched star did not fully agree, but he offered the former child star a free consultation in his Beverly Hills office.
'Everyone [asks], "Do you have any fashion regrets that you would take back from the nineties?"' Spelling said.
