Tori Spelling could possibly go to court over a recent car crash she was involved in that sent her and her seven young passengers to a nearby hospital.

The Beverly Hills, 90210 alum, 52, is 'strongly considering taking action' legally against the other motorist involved in the incident, sources told TMZ Wednesday.

Spelling on Thursday was driving a SUV with seven children inside in Temecula, California, when when the vehicle was hit by a white sedan who allegedly struck them after running a red light.

The daughter of late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling and wife Candy Spelling had four of her children inside the SUV, as well as three of their friends in the incident.

The group was taken in for immediate medical treatment, as sources told the outlet that they suffered 'bruises, contusions and possible concussions' as result of the collision.

Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Spelling for further comment on the story.

Insiders told the outlet that Spelling showed 'quick thinking behind the wheel' in the dangerous April 2 incident.

The Riverside Sheriff’s Department said in a statement that 'on April 2, 2026, at 5:44 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 28000 block of Rancho California Road regarding a vehicle collision.

'Upon arrival, deputies located two vehicles with collision damage. All occupants were medically evaluated at the scene.'

In video footage TMZ acquired, Spelling was seen communicating with law enforcement about the incident, which left both vehicles with significant damage.

Spelling opened up on Tuesday on Instagram about the aftermath of the incident.

'We're okay - it's been really overwhelming,' Spelling said. 'Guardian angels were definitely with us that day.

'In a split second, I saw that he was coming full-on impact into the side of our car and I turned left as hard as I could as fast as I could, to avoid as much impact on the children as possible. He spun us out.'

Spelling - who played Donna Martin on the 90s Fox staple - continued, 'I just want to thank all of the first responders on the scene, and to Inland Valley ER in Wildomar - they took such good care of all of the kids and myself.'
