Tom Schwartz has revealed he blocked his ex Jo Wenberg - despite still having a 'soft spot' for her.
It's been nearly three years since Schwartz, 43, ended his casual romance with Wenberg, his first relationship since ending his marriage to Katie Maloney.
Yet their relationship raised eyebrows from fans and friends, with Schwartz largely remaining unclear about the exact status of their connection.
Schwartz offered yet another peculiar response when he revealed where he stands with Wenberg during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live on Wednesday.
'I haven't talked to Jo in a long time. I blocked her on pretty much everything,' he said.
'I got to say, I got a soft spot for her so I hope she's thriving!' he said.

'I hope she's doing really well. Honestly I mean that,' he said.
It's been two years since their relationship and painful split played out on Vanderpump Rules, but memories of their relationship haven't completely faded.
Wenberg still seemed open to rekindling things last year.
'Over the past year, I’ve realized there are so many qualities in Tom Schwartz that I genuinely can see myself flowing through life with,' she wrote in a post celebrating her 37th birthday. 'At the end of the day, I’m open to finding somebody - whether it’s him or not, we’ll see. But now I know what I’m looking for.'
Wenberg was introduced to the Vanderpump Rules audiences in season 10 following Schwartz's split from Maloney, but the restauranteur frequently provided confusing explanations about the state of their romantic relationship.
'Jo is a human being — Jo is a light in my life,' he once said in a 2024 episode. 'I want to clear things up. Jo was never living with me. Was she staying with me sporadically? Yes. She’s not my girlfriend, she never was. We had like the whirlwind romance but we are just buds now.'
Schwartz also once conceded he did give some 'mixed signals' but said he was not in a place to commit to Wenberg at the time.
'Okay maybe mixed signals there a little bit. We had a lightning in a bottle situation for a while there,' Schwartz previously told Cohen.
Schwartz had nothing but nice things to say about Wenberg, telling Cohen: 'I hope she's doing really well'
Schwartz remained largely unclear about the status of their relationship when they were together
'I don't know if it was sustainable given my mental state of being. I don't know if I was equipped to be in a conventional relationship. I should have been committed. I should have been committed. I was in a very weird place like I have never experienced in my entire life. I'll shut up now.'
The dynamics drew concern from Maloney, who expressed sympathy for Wenberg after seeing how her ex was treating her.
'Seeing their dynamic and seeing how they were together and getting kind of Jo’s perspective on the whole thing was very eye-opening,' she told Us Weekly in 2024.

'And I kind of did feel for her because he was giving her the runaround and bread crumbing her a bit, and it made me feel a little sad because she did have an investment in him and real feelings there.
'I think I told him it was a bit of a F-Boy behavior,' she said.
Schwartz has now been dating 27-year-old model Kiana Carroll for nearly a year, a woman he referred to on The Valley as 'one in a trillion.'
