Tom Brady Gets Payback on Kevin Hart With Affair Joke During Netflix Roast
Chelsea Handler may have to throw a penalty flag against Tom Brady.
Though Nikki Glaser didn’t join the stars at The Roast of Kevin Hart, the seven-time Super Bowl winner called back to her headline-making performance at his 2024 roast, this time to poke fun at the Chelsea Lately host.
“What happened to Nikki Glaser? She looks like s--t,” Tom said during the May 10 comedy special on Netflix before adding, “Oh, my bad. Sorry, Chelsea.”
The NFL star then took aim at the man of the hour, Kevin Hart, who was primarily raised by a single mom.
“Unlike your real dad, I actually showed up,” Tom continued, before quipping about Kevin’s height, “and I brought you a jersey that's newborn size.”
Plus, the former quarterback couldn’t help but suggest Netflix had downgraded from his own roast.
“How did the G.O.A.T. roast go from me to you?” he asked. “I won seven Super Bowls. Kevin has been in two Ride Along movies. I've won five Super Bowl MVP awards. Kevin, you're the third most famous person in Jumanji.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea also had the opportunity to make fun of her longtime pal Kevin and his friendship with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson.
“A lot of people think Kevin was discovered during one of the Rock’s colonoscopies,” she said, “but that's not true. I was actually one of the very first people that gave Kevin a platform for his comedy when I gave him a weekly spot on Chelsea Lately.”

The 51-year-old added, “I had no idea when I did this that we would be subjected to three Jumanjis, two Ride Alongs, two Die Harts, endless amounts of Hart to Hearts and whatever Make-A-Wish situation you have going on with the Plastic f--king Cup Boyz.”
But despite Chelsea’s ridicule of her friend, she ended her time with a heartfelt message to Kevin.
“As a woman, I'm proud to be friends with a male comedian who respects women,” she shared, “who spends time with his family and who loves his wife, Eniko. That makes me proud to be your friend.”
