Halloween Costumes for the Pop Culture Obsessed: These Scream 2026
These celebs look absolutely bewitching this Halloween.
Take, for instance, Today's Savannah Guthrie, Craig Melvin, Jenna Bush Hager, Carson Daly, Sheinelle Jones and Al Roker, who are extra fa-boo-lous year after year.
Guthrie kicked off the Oct. 30 Halloween special by channeling her NBCUniversal pride, dressing as a Page from the company’s nearly century-old early-career program.
Meanwhile, the former TRL host was choosin’ Texas with his Ella Langley tribute. Daly donned the country singer’s signature bangs and a red cowboy-inspired ensemble as he hit all the right notes lip-syncing her record-breaking song.
It was a pitch-perfect homage for the former DJ, telling TODAY.com, “She’s a huge breakout star, I’m a music guy and I thought this would be a lot of fun to do.”
And he wasn’t the only one to embrace his inner superstar: Melvin dropped it like it’s hot as Snoop Dogg in a Team USA uniform, with Snoop’s real-life BFF Martha Stewart even making a cameo to support his Today doppelgänger.
Meanwhile, Laura Jarrett was flipping out as Simone Biles during the 2024 Olympics and Jones was kicking it as a Radio City Rockette in a sparkling green dress alongside the show’s real dancers.
Plus, the small screen also had its time to shine: Dylan Dreyer making everyone's dream come true as Jeannie from I Dream of Jeannie. And Roker stepped out as Gumby from Eddie Murphy’s 1982 Saturday Night Live sketch. For Bush Hager’s part, she was stinkin’ up the studio as Friends’ Phoebe Buffay performing Lisa Kudrow’s signature song “Smelly Cat.”

The Jenna & Sheinelle hosts know just how scary good each host’s costumes are every year.
“Sheinelle said this, it's like our prom or our homecoming,” Bush Hager told E! News ahead of the highly anticipated episode. "Everybody's in, and I think that's also such a fun environment to work, where people are enthusiastic about what we do and not like, 'Oh, this isn't cool.' We’re all in.”
