Former Hollywood couple Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire are raising the bar for amicable co-parenting.

The former couple, who have two children, Otis, 17, and Ruby, 19, have remained on good terms since ending their marriage six years ago.

Meyer, 50, is now expecting her third child, a baby with 34-year-old fiance Geoff Ogunlesi who will be arriving any day now.

On Tuesday, in a moment that demonstrated just how friendly all parties were, Meyer, Maguire, 50, Ogunlesi, and the kids enjoyed a family gathering at E Baldi in Beverly Hills.

In one noteworthy exchange, Meyer, Maguire, and Ogunlesi were seen chatting with one another - with the Spider-Man star flashing a gentle smile as he stood beside his ex and her partner.

Meyer looked in good spirits, her bump cloaked beneath a floral print dress and jean jacket.

The trio set the standard for amicable co-parenting

Meyer and Ogunlesi's baby was reported to be due 'right around Mother's Day' on May 10, meaning the child will be arriving any day now.

The couple made their relationship red-carpet official in November 2023 at the Baby2Baby Gala, and they went on to get engaged the following year.

She was previously married to Maguire, with whom she tied the knot in 2007, nearly a year after they welcomed Ruby and four years after their first meeting in 2003, during the production of Maguire's race-horse drama Seabiscuit.

Otis followed in 2009, but Meyer and the Spider-Man star announced that they were going their separate ways in 2016, before Meyer finally filed for divorce in 2020.

Despite their split, the exes – whose divorce was finalized later that year – have managed to remain great friends and committed co-parents along the way.

Ogunlesi's father is Adebayo Ogunlesi, an attorney and investment banker who is the son of the first professor of medicine in Nigeria.

The elder Ogunlesi is also the holder of a vast fortune, with his net worth valued at an estimated $2.6 billion, according to Forbes.

Meyer's fiancé is a graduate of Amherst College, as well as the founder and CEO of the Ogunlesi Group, a music management company.

His fiancée also hails from a prominent family, as Meyer is the daughter of Ronald Meyer, 81, a former executive at NBC and COO and president of Universal Studios, who later became the vice chairman of NBCUniversal.

The former power couple's children, Otis and Ruby, were also present for the dinner

He went on to cofound the high-powered Creative Artists Agency (CAA), and he's currently the CEO of the film distribution company Wild Bunch, which has distributed multiple Best Picture Oscar winners and numerous acclaimed international features.

Earlier this month, Jennifer Meyer spoke with People about the exciting new chapter of her life that she's about to enter with the birth of her third child.

'I really don't mean to sound lame or anything, but I'm feeling like I'm just having a fairytale experience in my [whole] life right now,' she gushed. 'It's like all my wishes are coming true. And so I feel really grateful and lucky and just excited for all these new chapters.'

Meyer, who announced her pregnancy in a social media post in December, described a childlike sense of anticipation and excitement, admitting, 'I kind of feel like a little kid – I know my parents bought me my dream gift, so I'm just waiting.'

In her recent interview, she also described the 'whole new world' she had entered as an older pregnant woman.

Meyer showed off her bump on Tuesday as she declared 'we are readyyyyyy'

'I was so much younger when I did it with my first two kids, and I was the first of my friends [to get pregnant] pretty much,' she told People. 'So it was a different mentality. And now I know everything and what to expect.'

Meyer conceded that a pregnancy at 49 is 'more exhausting' than what she experienced with her first two children, but she said it had still been 'an awesome pregnancy.'

She also revealed the joy she felt after she revealed the news to her fiancé.

'To get to be able to do it again at this point in my life with this person that I love so much. It was really cool,' Meyer admitted.

However, she noted that she was also more 'cautious' now.

'I'm not 25, so it's like, "Oh my God, I'm pregnant,"' Meyer added.
