Will the four brothers be able to rally? Or will they find themselves at the mercy of the Foot Clan? |
At the center of this hostility is the tragic revelation that Donatello has been traumatized by recent events, thus preventing the ninja turtles from returning to their conventional dynamic. The sibling relationship between the TMNT is undergoing major changes, and it's all because of the hardships they endured.
TMNT's Brotherly Bond Is Tested by Their Dark New Status Quo
Donatello's Traumatic Experience Tears the Siblings Apart
Since the brothers parted ways for presently unknown reasons, each of them has embarked on their own separate path, and Donatello is no different. While the ninja turtles have all suffered on their individual journeys, Donatello has endured a fate far more bleak than the rest. In Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #4, Donatello gets trapped in a mutant zoo and forced to fight for the entertainment of onlookers. It's no wonder that Donatello would be distraught after being caught in such a horrific situation, especially without his brothers by his side, and he'll undoubtedly carry this pain moving forward.
