Jennifer Garner's reunion with Timothy Olyphant is off to a strong start.

The duo previously starred together in 2006's Catch and Release. Directed by Susannah Grant and featuring a cast that included Kevin Smith, Sam Jaeger, Fiona Shaw, and Juliette Lewis, the mid-aughts romantic comedy was headlined by Garner and Olyphant as love interests in a story about a woman attempting to move forward after the death of her fiancé.

Garner and Olyphant are sharing the screen once again for Peacock's The Five-Star Weekend, which has debuted to outstanding numbers on Rotten Tomatoes. The eight-episode drama, which is based on the novel by Elin Hilderbrand, currently sits at 86% based on 7 reviews. Even more impressively, only one review leans negative.

As it stands, The Five-Star Weekend has a 7.30 out of 10 in terms of its average of rated review. This indicates that not only are reviews of the show positive, but that there is plenty to praise. Still, the score may well fluctuate as more assessments are added in the coming weeks.

The Five-Star Weekend centers on Hollis Shaw (played by Garner, who is also an executive producer of the Peacock Original) at a time of uncertainty. A death exposes the flaws in her life, pushing her to take a harsh look at her strained marriage, complicated relationship with her daughter, as well as her unsatisfying career. Hollis then decides to host a weekend get-together at her house on Nantucket.

The title of the series gets its name from the fact that Hollis invites three friends from different stages in her life: her childhood, her twenties, her thirties, and one surprise fifth star. It's not long, however, before boundaries are pushed and secrets are exposed.

Garner is joined by a notable cast that includes Oscar nominee Chloë Sevigny, One Battle After Another's Regina Hall, along with D'Arcy Carden (The Good Place) and Gemma Chan (Eternals). Olyphant portrays Jack, the ex-boyfriend of Hollis in the novels.

Created for the small screen and written by Bekah Brunstetter, with Minkie Spiro directing, ScreenRant's review of The Five-Star Weekend highlights the impressive ensemble and notes that Carden is a particular standout. Collider's Jessica Toomer also offers a glowing assessment, underlining that the premise and the beachy setting make for a perfect summer binge.

Viewers won't have to wait long to find out, as The Five-Star Weekend premieres July 9 on Peacock.
