Ticketmaster Will Resell Canceled Ariana Grande Tickets From ‘Violating’ Sellers to Fans

Many Ariana Grande fans were left empty-handed after tickets went on sale for her “Eternal Sunshine” tour in September 2025, and shows sold out in minutes. But now, Ticketmaster has revealed that it worked with Grande and her team to claw back tickets purchased by people who violated their user terms and will sell them directly to fans starting next month.

In a post on social media, Ticketmaster explained that the company worked with the “Eternal Sunshine” tour in October to cancel a “small portion” of tickets that violated ticket purchase terms. At the time, Ticketmaster had emailed fans who purchased those resale tickets to inform them their tickets had been canceled and that, at the tour’s request, they would be invited to participate if any tickets were made available.

Now, says Ticketmaster, “Our focus is ensuring those tickets are reissued directly to fans.” The company states that fans can access tickets through a “request process,” or lottery system, in February. Fans who had tickets canceled on the secondary market will be prioritized first under the new plan.

Grande herself commented on Ticketmaster’s statement by reposting it to her Instagram Stories and adding, “Love you all so much and thank you for your patience… More information soon.”

The pop star is returning to the stage for “Eternal Sunshine,” her first tour in seven years. The trek kicks off on June 6 at Oakland Arena and will make stops in Los Angeles, Brooklyn and Atlanta through the start of September. In an interview in November, she said that the trek might be her “last hurrah” and “might not happen again for a long time.”
