While there are many important ingredients and materials to be found naturally in the world below the skies, some have their only source in Gigantrite. Vitalstones are one such material, created by the Gigantrite itself. Once you have some, you'll be able to craft a steady supply of Stellarite, a helpful consumable item that boosts your weapon damage. Whether you are just exploring for fun, or working up to that perfect build, you'll want to have some Stellarite on hand.

How To Get Vitalstones In Throne And Liberty

Hitch A Ride On The Gigantrite

Vitalstones are crystals, which, according to in-game lore, contain the blood of Gigantrite and a small amount of mana. These special crystals will periodically fall from the Gigantrite as it makes its way across the skies. Every so often, the Gigantrite will release a few crystals, which fall to the ground as blue trails of light as it passes overhead. If you manage to follow one of these lights, you'll find a Divine Beast Crystal, which you can mine for Vitalstones. The most efficient way to gather Vitalstones, though, is to start at the source: the Gigantrite itself.

Gigantrite occasionally drops crystals that can be mined for Vitalstones in Throne and Liberty.

You'll need to mount the Gigantrite from the Starlight Observatory Ruins by gliding over as it passes the tallest tower of the ruins. Once you have landed atop the Divine Beast, position yourself on one of its sides and keep a lookout for when it emits the blue crystals. When it does, jump off and glide to where the blue lights are streaking towards the ground. You'll see another blue light shine where the crystal lands. Alternatively, you can follow the Gigantrite from the ground, although it can be difficult to keep up.

Be aware that you will be competing with other players to find Divine Beast Crystals. Only one player can harvest Vitalstones from a single Divine Beast Crystal, as it will disappear once a player uses it, so you'll have to be quick in order to be the first to reach the fallen crystals.

What Are Vitalstones Used For?

A Source For Stellarite Element

Once you have secured some Vitalstones, you'll want to head back to Gigantrite. When you have once again mounted the Divine Beast, look for large boulders on its back that you can interact with. Doing so will use one Vitalstone and reward you with an amount of regular or Quality Stellarite Element. This material can then be used to create Stellarite, a consumable item that can provide an increase to your Weapon Damage.

While you are on Gigantrite, don't miss out on farming some Marind Ore , another useful material that can be used to craft Skill Growth Books.

Having a large supply of Stellarite will boost your combat prowess, helping you defeat bosses or outscore other players in the many Dynamic Events that take place in the game. To craft some Stellarite, go to the crafting menu, select Miscellaneous, and you'll see that you can craft a Quality Stellarite Chest (100) or a Stellarite Chest (100).

Each Chest will grant you 100 Stellarite (or Quality Stellarite), which, when equipped, will provide a 10% (regular) or 15% (Quality) increase to weapon damage until you run out of them. When you do, you'll want to head back to Gigantrite and start farming Vitalstones and Stellarite Element once more so that you never run out.

No matter which quest you are on, dungeon you are in, or boss you are fighting, being able to craft Stellarite will be a valuable skill to have in Throne and Liberty.
