All the clues have pointed to David and Madison Myers as the two individuals involved. Madison was paired with Allen Slovick, whom she's had an issue with since the day he wore broccoli print undies. With Madison and David seemingly unhappy in their relationships, they might be part of the cheating scandal, which would shake up the group. Although Madison and Michelle aren't so close, it will be difficult for the two women to see eye to eye if they're involved afterward.
