If there's one thing I struggle with during the colder months, it's probably dry skin. That sentiment extends to my entire body, from my hands and my legs to my face and my lips. Sometimes it's difficult to find a product that will both hydrate my lips and make them look glossy and luscious, but fortunately, I've found an answer. Dry lips beware: the modern-day equivalent of the Juicy Tube has arrived.

About the Laneige Glowy Lip Balm

This lip balm comes in a tube applicator.
Key ingredients include murumuru and shea butters for hydration.
It comes in five different scents: Gummy Bear, Grapefruit, Berry, Peach, and a limited-edition Peppermint option.
The formula is free of sulfates SLS and SLES, parabens, and phthalates.

What I Like About the Laneige Glowy Lip Balm

What's nice about the lip balm is that it has a similar consistency to the fan-favorite Lip Sleeping Mask — the brand's creamy overnight lip treatment — but slightly thinner and therefore better suited to wear throughout the day. Plus, the tube applicator makes it easy to swipe on when on the go, and it fits easily inside a purse or a pocket.

How to Use the Laneige Glowy Lip Balm

The brand recommends applying it directly to your lips whenever they need a little extra hydration. You can use it on its own, or to prime your lips before applying a lip color. Additionally, you can also use it after applying lip color for a glossy look.

What to Consider Before Trying the Laneige Glowy Lip Balm

While each option is slightly tinted, it's extremely subtle, so probably not the best product if a pigmented lip balm is what you're looking for.
