Get ready for a challenge with HIIT workout from fitness trainer Natalie White. Presented by CALIA, this session doesn't hold back with cardio-intensive exercises that will leave you ready for the 20-second rest breaks. White has read the audience comments asking for a hard workout. She delivers on that, in the form of burning out your quads with single-leg lunge hops in the first 7-minutes. This full-body routine is inspired by CALIA's There's Beauty in the Burn campaign, which is live now. This all-standing routine includes core exercises like standing crunches. For an extra challenge, you can add a pair of light weights during the high-repetition exercises. If you're feeling the burn, White reminds you, "it doesn't matter what you look like, as long as it feels good." Trust your body and modify as needed. At the end of this session, you'll treat your body to an extended cooldown. White concludes this session reminding you that "it is a privilege to workout, not a chore."

With that in mind, if you're inspired to add on another workout after this session, check out more new workouts on the PS Fitness YouTube channel.
