Presidents' Day sales are just around the corner, and it's a nice time to take advantage of the long weekend of deals. I've already been scouring sales to find the best deals to share with ZDNET readers, since I have lots of deal-hunting expertise during the busiest times of the year, including Black Friday.

Since we're still a couple of weeks away from the holiday, I'm sharing my favorite early offers across retailers like Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and beyond. Here are my favorite deals I've spotted so far, like great savings on OLED TVs ahead of the Super Bowl and Milan Cortina Winter Olympics, and freebie offers you don't want to miss. I'll continue updating my favorite picks as we inch closer to the long weekend on Feb. 16.
- Current price: $1,000 (50% off)
- Original price: $2,000
Best Buy has several display sizes of the QM6K TV on sale ahead of the Super Bowl, and you can save up to $1,300 depending on the size you choose. The 85-inch model is 50% off, one of the best prices we've seen in several months, and it comes at a great time to stream winter sports like the upcoming Milan Cortina Olympics.

This model was released at the 2025 CES event, and our expert went hands on with the 65-inch model shortly after in March 2025. He was overall impressed with new upgrades, like color optimization and better brightness.
- Current price: $900
- Original price: $2,000
With the Super Bowl and Winter Olympics on the way, there's some sneaky savings on TVs cropping up, if you're paying attention. I spotted this free TV offer at Best Buy, and there's huge savings to be had on this Samsung OLED 65-inch model.
The 65-inch Samsung OLED S84F OLED 4K TV is on sale for under $1,000, a whopping $1,100 savings. Plus, you get a free Samsung 32-inch TV (a $180 value). This 32-inch model is Samsung's F6000F LED model, and while it's not nearly as flashy, it's perfect for a bedroom, dorm room, or office (and did I mention it's totally free)?
- Current price: $30 (20% off)
- Original price: $40
Anker's new Nano USB-C charger was just unveiled at CES at the beginning of January, and it's finally hit shelves. I've just gotten my hands on this little gadget over the weekend, and I've already been impressed with it.
Also: Anker's new charger is one of the most unique I've ever seen
Anker says this smart display charger can identify your iPhone model in seconds and deliver up to 45W of tailored charging. It also claims to reduce phone battery temperature by 9°F compared to other 45W chargers on the market, keeping your devices safe. It's also got a 180-degree foldable plug and is perfect for travel, as Anker says it's 47% smaller than the original 30W charger with 50% more output.
It's available for 20% off for a limited time, and it's a great investment if you want to upgrade from less functional chargers. Plus, it comes in three colors.
- Current price: $45 (44% off)
- Original price: $80
You know what they say, there are a few inevitabilities of life that you just can't avoid, and taxes are one of them. The 2026 tax-filing season has begun, and you can swipe up TurboTax's 2025 desktop edition for 44% off now. We're still a few months out from the deadline to submit, but it never hurts to get started early.
When is Presidents' Day?
Presidents' Day is celebrated on the third Monday of February to honor past US presidents. This year, it falls on Monday, Feb. 16.
How did we choose these Presidents' Day deals?
ZDNET only writes about deals that capture our own interest -- devices and products we want, need, or would recommend not only to our readers, but to friends and family. Our experts look for deals at least 20% off (or hardly ever on sale), using established price-comparison tools and trackers to determine whether the deal is actually worth your time.
We also examine customer reviews and rely on our own hands-on experience with new tech to find out what matters to real people who already own and use the products we're recommending. The goal is to deliver the most accurate advice and to make you aware of price drops so you can shop smarter.
