Maya Jama stunned fans as she showcased her jaw-dropping body in a pale green bikini and natural curly locks in an Instagram snap this week.
The presenter, 31, who is in a relationship with footballer Rueben Dias, credits her toned physique to a Pilates-heavy workout and a £400 sculpting treatment.
But her fitness routine and healthy lifestyle isn't as strict as it seems, with Maya still ensuring to eat what she wants and when she wants.
Fans of the Love Island host have previously described Maya as 'the most beautiful woman in the UK'.
Yet despite the praise, Maya bemoans being 'naturally skinny' as she previously shared her desire for a thicker looking body.
Last month Maya said she lost too much weight after suffering horrendous food poisoning while she was away.

As she flashed her abs in a tiny sports bra, Maya explained that she prefers a 'curvier looking body' and will be doing weight training and eating late to fill out.
Maya said: 'I don't love that since Ozempic, anyone that's slim, they're like Ozempic, Ozempic, Ozempic.
'Some of us are naturally marga [skinny] and we don't wanna be. We like being thicker, but it's hard so just bear that in mind, alright. I know there's no sympathy for the slimmers but... it's a bit hard out here sometimes.'
She continued: 'My tip for the girlies that are trying to gain though, is weight lift. I've gained weight before and I will do it again.
'And eat late. I don't know if this is proper advice but I eat late at night and then feel like it stays on my body, so let's see.'
So, what are the secrets to her incredible bikini body?
Maya's diet
Maya previously gave a glimpse at 'what she eats in a day' and joked 'it's all carbs and vibes' during a 70 hour travel day
Maya revealed earlier this year she was on a mission to gain weight after she lost a stone while she was sick.
'Basically lost a stone being sick the other week so we're on a weight gain mission this week', she said.
Maya previously gave a glimpse at 'what she eats in a day' and joked 'it's all carbs and vibes' during a 70 hour travel day.
The presenter is often on the go travelling back and forth to different countries for different presenting gigs.
Her travel day consisted of a McDonalds, a full English breakfast, a plate of ravioli and pasta, complete with a glass of wine.
Having a strict diet isn't typically on Maya's radar as she previously admitted she eats 'terribly'.
The stunner credits her slim physique to her genetics and metabolism - even with her strong desire for fast food.
'I’m quite unhealthy in general', Maya told Twisted Food. 'But, on a hangover... you need the grease and the breads and the butters.
'My favourite ever hangover meal is a posh chicken shish kebab because it reminds me of when I first ever started drinking and I lived in Bristol.
'We’d go and do the walk home and go to a place called Rita’s, which is the best kebab in the world.'
She went on: 'It’s everything you need – lovely bit of bread, the chicken, garlic sauce, lettuce, I get it all in there. Except I’m not a fan of the gherkins. It just does the job. It ticks every box.'
Maya's workout regime
Being on the go means Maya has to structure her week to ensure she fits in a gruelling workout
Being on the go means Maya has to structure her week to ensure she fits in a gruelling workout.
Although she eats what she wants, the presenter never fails to hit the gym and stick to a vigorous workout plan.
'When I’m away filming, I try to wake up early so I can fit in a workout before arriving on set. It helps get me in the zone', she told Women's Health.
'I previously did a South African road trip with [personal trainer] Alice Liveing for work and she taught me that quality over quantity is key.
'I’m really busy at the moment so it’s easy to just say, "I don’t have the time to work out", and quit.'
In January, Maya revealed which three exercises have made the biggest difference to her strength and fitness.
She said: 'Squats, push-ups and kickbacks with ankle weights.
'Squats really work the glutes, which is a must. Push-ups do wonders for my core. I love kickbacks because they’re great for firming and toning.’
Aside from weight training with her personal trainer Warren Whitely, Maya is a regular attendee of reformer Pilates at Nobu London.
She said: 'Everyone I know is riding the Pilates wave, so I decided to start and I’m absolutely loving it. It's a lighter workout but you're using every single muscle.
'You can also do it at midday, and it doesn’t leave you drenched with sweat. It’s the only form of exercise that I don’t have to talk myself into doing, and that's a big thing for me!'
She added: ‘I’m on a bit of a home workout vibe at the moment. Taking the stairs instead of taking the lift, dancing around my house, just being active anywhere I can.’
As well as the physical benefits, Maya says working out has a positive impact on her mental health.
'I just think [working out] helps your mental health so much anyway – there’s a difference in how I feel if I go out and do some exercise versus just staying in bed all day', she told Stylist. 'I notice how it impacts my brain and how I’m feeling.'
£399 sculpting treatment
Maya is known to use body toning treatments such as Shane Cooper's Body Defining Treatment on her thighs and stomach to tighten and tone her muscles
Maya is known to use body toning treatments such as Shane Cooper's Body Defining Treatment on her thighs and stomach to tighten and tone her muscles.
'This treatment simultaneously addresses both muscle and fat', Shane wrote on his Instagram. 'It does this by using electromagnetic waves, to induce up to 36,000 supra-maximal forced muscle contractions during each session.'
While Shane keeps his prices under wraps online, other clinics are said to offer the treatment for around £399.
She has been going to him for eight years for treatments like the body sculpt as well as facials.
He previously shared a video of Maya enjoying the treatment in 2023.
'Maya having her VIP head to toe treatment', he wrote. 'This is the all in one treatment getting her all ready for Love Island.'
