As a globetrotter, keeping her skin hydrated is on top of her list when it comes to maintaining her youthful glow - and Isla has two tricks she swears by.

'I love these eye masks by Charlotte Tilbury, the Immediate Eye Revival Patches,' the actress told New Beauty

She explained that if she had been drinking the night before, it would help tighten her pores and make her eyes look less puffy.

Isla continued: 'I try to chug a ton of water when I'm on a plane.

'I'm always guilty of having a glass of champagne or Prosecco or anything when the plane takes off, just because I don't love turbulence.'

The actress also dropped a further hint at how she maintains her flawless complexion.

Taking to Instagram, she showed herself excitedly unboxing several items from friend and skincare guru, Naomi Watts.

She also received a Gua sha facial tool used for lymphatic drainage, retailing for about $80 (£58).

Isla is not shy when it comes to splurging on a luxury wellness retreat, with her spending seven nights at Lake Constance in Germany last year.

The Australian star spent her New Year's Eve at Buchinger Wilhelmi, a clinic for 'therapeutic fasting, integrative medicine and inspiration'.

Sharing images of the retreat to Instagram, the former Home and Away star appeared to be in a state of utter bliss as she roamed the stunning grounds of the clinic.

'This has been the most incredible way to spend the new year. Six days at Buchinger!' said Isla.

'Therapeutic fasting, integrative medicine, inspiring treatments for the spirit and soul. Every kind of therapy cocooned in warmth and care—the kindest hands.

'Everything you repress just comes out, all at once.'

While it's unclear which suite Isla chose to reside in during her time there, it appears she opted for the Time Out package.

The website describes the package as 'a week devoted to recuperation and regeneration.

'Relax and recharge your batteries with the many activities and treatments offered at our clinic.

'Set yourself your own personal or health-related targets and return home inspired and infused with new energy.'

The services on offer with the week-long package include medical consultations and a 'comprehensive therapeutic, spiritual and cultural weekly programme'.

As bodies age, Isla has learned to embrace it with humour

She told PEOPLE: 'I don't even own a scale. I have two young daughters and I wouldn't want them to see me weighing myself all the time.

'I don't think it sends the right message.'

Isla's daughters have inspired the actress to embrace herself wholeheartedly, revealing that her favourite body part is her tummy.

She explained: 'Even though it will never be flat again, it's still my favourite because it reminds me of my greatest achievement: my babies!'

As bodies age, Isla has learned to embrace it with humour.

Last year, she joked that she should be nominated for a SAG Award as she revealed her boobs 'don't sit where they used to'.

The Wedding Crashers star lived it up on a girls' trip to a sun-soaked location over the May bank holiday weekend.

Taking to her Instagram Stories, the beauty posed up a storm in a colourful bikini while laying on a sun bed.

Despite showing off her incredible figure in the two-piece, the actress claimed her body isn't how it used to be.

She penned on a sizzling snap: 'My girls are out, they aren't where they used to be.. but then neither am I!'

'I may not get an Oscar, but I could be nominated for a SAG award,' she joked on another.

Isla has also been prioritsing self-care following her split from Sacha.

The actress told ELLE last year: 'Trying to create a new life from a grassroots level, at least emotionally, has been challenging, but deeply rewarding.

'I'm enjoying this new version of my life. I don't need to party in my house anymore. I love to get in the bath. I'll light some candles, bring in my laptop and put on something on Netflix. That's as exciting as it gets.'

Isla, who announced her split from the Borat actor in April last year, previously revealed how she had been picking up the pieces in the wake of the split, admitting that the Carl Jung method had helped her heal in a healthy way.

The Jungian method is a therapeutic approach that explores unconscious forces, dreams, symbols and archetypes, aiming towards self-understanding, self-integration and fulfilment.

'This is totally personal and I say this with the caveat as it worked for me, but the concept of processing stuff and taking your time, thinking about it again and again, you don't really feel better that way,' she told The Australian.

Instead, the Wedding Crashers star kept moving following the divorce, saying 'yes' to any opportunity that came her way and throwing herself into her work.

The move has seen Isla keeping busy on film sets, staying active in her community and reinventing herself creatively after what she calls a parental 'power pause'.

'It's amazing to me that at this point in my life I've got this opportunity, in a positive way, to reinvent what the last act of my life is now from the ground up,' she said, gushing that she loved returning to work.
