EXCLUSIVE: Jessi Draper has become the latest Mormon wife to be snapped up by a major talent agency.

Draper, one of the stars of Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, has signed with CAA. It comes after Whitney Leavitt, who also starred on Dancing with the Stars, signed with Gersh.

The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives returns to the streamer on March 12 with Season 4 (it generally airs two seasons of ten episodes per year) and Draper has another major storyline across the season involving her relationship with her husband Jordan Ngatikaura.

Last season, the pair were front and center of the show after it emerged she had an emotional affair with Vanderpump Villa star Marciano Brunette and this season there’s even more fallout.

Draper has been rewarded for the success of the show; ABC decided to make her and her castmates executive producers for Season 4 after it landed an Emmy nomination.

The success of the show has also allowed many of the Mormon wives to land another plum roles such as Leavitt and Jen Affleck’s turns on DWTS and Taylor Frankie Paul becoming The Bachelorette, so it makes sense for them to have Hollywood agency representation.

Most of the women, including Draper, are managed by Select Management, which also produces the show via its Select Entertainment arm, alongside Jeff Jenkins Productions, 3BMG and Walt Disney Television Alternative. Draper is also repped by attorney Weinstein Senior.

Draper is a hairdresser by trade. She runs JZ Styles, a Utah-based hair salon, styling school, and hair extension company, and also launched the JZ Academy in 2023, a hair school that has since licensed over 100 stylists, which is behind the Utah Curls.

In November, Draper said that the Mormon Wives experience was “so crazy”. “Season 1 aired 14 months ago and our lives have changed so much in a year. We’ve gotten to meet amazing people who are fans of the show. We’ve gotten cool opportunities, like the girls are on Dancing With the Stars, Taylor with The Bachelorette. These are things that weren’t attainable a year ago.”
