Former MTV star Anika Rashaun has died at age 34.
Rashaun, full name Anika Rashaun Walker Rehn, lost her battle with stage four breast cancer on October 1.
She was known for appearing on The Real World Seattle: Bad Blood and The Challenge: Invasion of the Champions.
Born in New York City and later raised in Philadelphia, Rashaun went on to become a dating matchmaker, columnist, and coach.
The reality TV personality received a cancer diagnosis in summer 2025, and began a podcast called Breast Friends Forever alongside Tiara Ramos shortly after.
Announcing the venture online in October 2025, the women wrote that they were 'tackling the toughest journey of their lives side by side.'

It was added that 'by sharing their story, they want to raise awareness and inspire hope in others.'
Following Rashaun's death earlier this month, Ramos poured her heart out in a Substack tribute.
In Breast Friends Forever: RIP to my Sister, she called Rashaun’s diagnosis 'a shock.'
'Despite her mother having breast cancer years earlier, she was never identified as high-risk or told by her doctors to prioritize mammograms,' Ramos explained.
'That was one of the many failures she experienced within the medical system during her time battling cancer,' she added.
Rashaun tied the knot with longtime love Kyle Rehn in February 2026.
She counted down the days to the wedding in a November 2025 Instagram post, writing, '99 days [until] I get to marry my person.
'This year has been everything but normal, so many ups and downs and changes we had to endure and work around, but I’m happy that the one thing that remained the same was our love for each other. I can’t wait to be your wifey. I love you forever.'
