The Real Housewives of Rhode Island star Alicia Carmody made a shocking confession during Sunday's episode that even took the producers aback.

'I've gotten in accidents. I ran over a woman,' the 41-year-old reality star nonchalantly said during a confessional.

'I've almost driven off a bridge. So, I've been there, done that with driving.'

An off-camera producer then clarified: 'What do you mean, you ran over a woman?'

'I ran over a woman,' Carmody repeated.

On Sunday, Us Weekly got more information about the mysterious collision, which happened when the Bravo-lebrity was driving 15 miles per hour towards a red light.

'This woman just dove in front of my car,' Carmody claimed.

'It was life-changing for me. It was crazy because I thought for 10 seconds I killed someone, [which was] the worst feeling in the world. I think that probably gave me PTSD. Accidents do happen, but it was just the worst.'

At least the former hair and makeup artist didn't commit vehicular homicide like several celebrities, many of whom served no jail time.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off alum Matthew Broderick was convicted of careless driving and fined £100 after his rental car collided head-on with another car in Northern Ireland, killing driver Anna Gallagher and her mother Margaret Doherty in 1987.

Olympic gold medalist Caitlyn Jenner was not charged for her role in a multiple-car collision in Malibu in 2015, which killed driver Kim Howe, but she settled three civil lawsuits from her stepchildren and other drivers.

Jawbreaker alum Rebecca Gayheart was sentenced to three years of probation and a $2,800 fine for striking nine-year-old pedestrian Jorge Cruz Jr. with her car in LA in 2001, and she settled a wrongful death lawsuit with his parents.

R&B singer Brandy was not arrested for rear-ending a car on LA's 405 freeway in 2006, which caused the death of driver Awatef Aboudihaj, but she settled multiple lawsuits from her family members.

Celebrities who did serve hard time for vehicular manslaughter included Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil (15 days) and Cry Baby alum Amy Locane-Bovenizer (eight years).
