Noah Wyle was supported by his longtime wife Sara and his three children as he received his star on the iconic Walk of Fame in Hollywood on Thursday.

The Pitt star, 54, posed for rare photos with his entire family after accepting the prestigious honor, which is handed out by the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce.

Wyle and his wife Sara, who have been married since 2014, are parents to daughter Frances, 10.

He shares his older children - Owen, 23, and Auden, 20 - with his ex-wife Tracy Warbin, who he divorced in 2010 after a decade of marriage.

Wyle beamed for shutterbugs as he leaned into Sara while his eldest daughter Auden wrapped her arms around her siblings.

The family was seated together in the front row along with Wyle's mother Marjorie Speer, his father Stephen Wyle and his older sister Alexandra 'Alex' Wyle.

For his big day, Wyle suited up in a muted blue blazer, slim slacks and a crisp white dress shirt.

He rocked his signature beard and mustache combo and his brunette hair was styled with gel.

Wyle shared a warm moment with Sara while standing in front of his shiny new star as he planted a passionate kiss on her lips.

Sara looked totally smitten as she let out a joyful laugh during their camera time.

Wyle's youngest daughter Frances, dressed in an adorable sleeveless pink dress, wrapped her arms around her famous father at one point as he kissed her head.

Dancing With The Stars pro-turned-judge Derek Hough was among the big names who turned out for the ceremony in honor of Wyle and his Hollywood legacy.

Wyle famously played Dr. John Carter on the iconic NBC medical series ER, which aired from 1994-2009.

He starred on the earlier series from seasons 1-11 and returned as a guest star in season 12.

Wyle now writes, directs, and produces HBO's award-wining series The Pitt.

Each episode covers one hour of a 15-hour shift at the fictional Pittsburgh Trauma Medical Center.

The show takes place in Pittsburgh, with the title nodding to both the location and a nickname for the hospital's emergency department.

Wyle portrays Dr. Michael 'Robby' Robinavitch who is a senior physician who is still reeling from his traumatic experiences during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Last month, the Daily Mail published an article regarding the secret turmoil of Wyle as it's been said that he has been battling struggles behind-the-scenes, with comments from one of his co-stars dredging up historic bullying allegations from his days on ER, and a lawsuit claiming The Pitt is a 'copycat' of the show that made his name.

Regardless, The Pitt has been a standout success for HBO as it has received both critical praise and several awards.

It has earned five Primetime Emmy Awards including an Outstanding Lead Actor in a Drama Series gong for Wyle and top honor Outstanding Drama Series.

However, the show recently suffered a major casting shakeup.

Last week it was revealed that series star Supriya Ganesh, who has portrayed senior resident Dr. Samira Mohan since the beginning of the series, will be exiting The Pitt at the conclusion of season two.

In addition, Ayesha Harris, who plays senior night shift resident Dr. Parker Ellis, will be promoted to a series regular beginning season two, according to Variety

A source for the publication 'with knowledge of the situation' indicates that Ganesh's, 28, exit is a decision that has to do with the storyline.

As The Pitt takes place at a teaching hospital, it has been said that it is normal for residents to come in and out.

Season two has also featured Dr. Mohan weighing her options for the next phase of her career after her residency ends.

Her character is a third-year, and later fourth-year, medical resident trying to find balance between diligence and speed.

Ganesh has been a staple of the series as she has appeared in all 28 episodes of The Pitt so far.

Meanwhile, Harris will see an increased role on the series as she starred in four of the 15 episodes in season 1 and season 2, respectively.

The Pitt airs Thursday nights on HBO and streams simultaneously on HBO Max with the season 2 finale airing on April 16.
