Three entries in the Pokémon Trading Card Game have received one of the rarest treatments in the game. An errata is issued for a Pokémon card whenever the text on the card needs to be corrected, whether this is to fix a typo, clarify something, or change the way an attack or ability works. There have only been a few official erratas issued for cards, and most tend to affect trainer cards, not specific Pokémon cards.
A new errata has been added to the list, which will be applied to two cards effective immediately, according to Pokébeach. The cards in question are the celestial Fighting-type Minior and the tag-team dual-Pokémon card Venusaur and Snivy-GX. Pokébeach user Grillmeister noted that the often-overlooked Minior now has a firmer place in Pokémon TCG history, even if it is for something unrelated to the card: "The most forgotten pokemon in the tcg gets remembered for one of the rarest things?"

The newly added errata changed the text of the abilities "Far-Flying Meteor" and "Shining Vine," altering the way the abilities activate. Originally, both abilities allowed the player to switch either their own (for Minior) or the opponent's (for Snivy and Venusaur) active cards once per turn. According to the updated text, this can now be done "whenever" an Energy card is attached, meaning that the ability can be activated multiple times per turn.
The second part of the Wonder Pick event is now live in Pokémon Trading Card Game Pocket, with more Meowth-themed goodies to unlock.
The update comes a little late for the Venusaur & Snivy GX, which has been out for five years. Minior, however, has only been available for a year, so the update was most likely added due to the card gaining popularity among competitive TCG players. Minior's attack does damage based on the opponent's retreat cost, so this change makes the card potentially useful in certain situations, especially when dealing with opponents that limit the ability to retreat, like the dreaded Snorlax stall build.

Snivy and Venusaur are two well-known and beloved Pokémon, but Minior is far less popular. The Rock and Flying-type Pokémon is from the Gen 7 Sun and Moon games and isn't as widely known. This is really a shame because its design is unique and the TCG card has some beautiful artwork by artist 0313.
At its base form, Minior looks like a bland meteor rock, but when its core is exposed it shines like a bright smiling star. There are seven types of Miniors, one for each color of the rainbow, and it's a happy and colorful design that should be more well-known. The change to the way Minior's Pokémon Trading Card Game card works may help make the Pokémon more popular since it makes the card a bit more useful.
