Logitech’s G29 racing wheel and pedal set is on a deep sale of 40% for Prime Day, bringing the price down to $180. This is the PlayStation version, but the Xbox version is on sale for $190, as well. Both models work on PC and Mac; the differences otherwise are the symbols on the buttons and the logo on the wheel.

This isn't an all-time low for the G29, but it's close. We've seen it once, over five years ago, drop to $170. Since then, however, it's exclusively sold north of $200, so this is the cheapest we've seen the wheel in years.

The G29 has been the go-to entry-level racing wheel for over a decade, and for good reason. You can spend well over $1,000 on a direct drive wheel, and that’s just for the wheel alone. For $180, Logitech offers real force feedback, a comfortable and ergonomic wheel, and a set of three pedals to get you started in any racing sim.

On the wheel, you’ll find back paddles on the right and left that you can trigger with your fingers, and the wheel features 900 degrees of rotation, allowing you to turn it around two and a half times fully like an F1 car. The mount allows you to attach the wheel to a stand or to the edge of your desk.

If you want to get started with your racing sim setup, you can buy the Logitech G29 on Amazon now. If you want the full setup, the Logitech-branded Playseat Trophy cockpit is on sale, as well.
