There are some great October Prime Day deals going on at the moment, and predictably, some of the deepest discounts are on Amazon’s own devices. Right now, you can buy the Amazon Echo Buds at Amazon for $34.99 (was $119.99), which is a record-low price for the generally good value earbuds.

Previously, the lowest price was around $45, but this is a steep drop for earbuds that offer active noise cancellation and a stylish design. If you want to spend $10 more, you can also get a version with a wireless charging case, which is also a great deal.

Whichever version you get, the Amazon Echo Buds offer dynamic sound with audio personalization, allowing you to get things sounding just how you like them. They also work with the Alexa app, support multipoint pairing, and more.

Today’s best cheap earbuds deal

Our Amazon Echo Buds review gave them a strong four-star review, citing that these affordable buds offered “improved sound quality” over the previous model. As our reviewer put it, “the Amazon Echo Buds (2nd Gen) might not be able to compete with the top-tier noise-cancelling earbuds from Sony and Sennheiser even after all the new improvements, but they’re a significant improvement upon the previous generation”.

That’s why you won’t see them among the best earbuds or the best budget earbuds, but at this price, the Amazon Echo Buds are well worth checking out. Ideal for your walks or runs, the Amazon Echo Buds are also a good choice for an inexpensive gift idea with the holidays coming up.

If your budget can afford the best wireless earbuds, take a look at the AirPods deals happening at the moment. Overall, there are some good headphone deals for every budget.
