More information on Jesse Eisenberg's new movie has been unveiled.
A new trailer for The Debut, written and directed by Eisenberg, has been released, revealing what to expect from the upcoming musical comedy. The movie stars Julianne Moore as a shy woman who is suddenly cast in the production of a high-profile original musical by its director, played by Paul Giamatti. The film follows her attempt at embracing the role as she leans into the world of acting in ways she never thought was possible. This will be Eisenberg's third directorial feature film, following 2022's When You Finish Saving the World and 2024's A Real Pain.
