The best Green Lantern finally joins the ranks of DC's live action Lanterns in an unexpected way. Hal Jordan's Green Lantern has made it to the big screen before with mixed results, but he isn't the only member of the Corps who deserves time in the spotlight. A fan-favorite Green Lantern has now made it to the real world in an epic cosplay that will have DC fans begging for a movie portrayal.
On Instagram, cosplayer Dade Elza (@dadelza) shares photos of his eye-catching Kyle Rayner cosplay that brings the beloved Green Lantern to life. This look is a remarkable translation of Kyle's suit to live action, from the iconic mask to his shining fingerless gloves. Even his power ring glows with a bright green light, as if this is the real Green Lantern who's jumped right off of the comic page. From head to toe, Elza fulfills the dreams of DC fans through stunning photographs taken by Eric Carroll (@ericcarollphoto).
This cosplay masterfully captures everything that makes Green Lantern awesome. Elza embodies his overwhelming power in his pitch-perfect costume and makes it clear that, whether it's in the comics or in reality, Kyle Rayner is the greatest Green Lantern in DC lore.

Kyle Rayner Takes Green Lantern Powers to a Creative New Level, Even in Real Life
Making his DC debut in 1993's Green Lantern #48 by Ron Marz and Bill Willingham, Kyle Rayner earned his power ring during Hal Jordan's dark Parallax era and became the Green Lantern of the 1990s. As an artist, Kyle channels his creativity through the formation of unique constructs that put every other Lantern to shame. Some of Kyle's greatest constructs include a Transformers-esque mech, a pirate ship, a massive pinball table, and many more. Elza's cosplay alludes to this staggering power as he brandishes his ring, as if preparing to charge up Kyle Rayner's next innovative Green Lantern construct.
