The Bachelor star Keira Maguire debuts new look after indulging in some beauty therapy ahead of her appearance on Traitors Australia

Keira Maguire debuted a new look on Friday as she stepped out for a day of beauty therapy in Brisbane. 

The former Bachelor star, 40, who is set to appear in Traitors Australia early next month, stepped out in a form-fitting, blue activewear set. 

Sporting a plump nude lip, the reality TV personality looked very different from her days on the matchmaking series, on which she shot to fame in 2016. 

Keira flashed her stomach in a cropped, long-sleeve workout shirt and high-waisted leggings, as she was seen stopping to pay for parking.

She later revealed on Instagram she had just had her hair bleached and styled at Blonde Specialist, before getting her brows done at Brisbane Brows & Lashes.

Keira also indulged in some micro-needling and a steam facial at the same salon. 

She accessorised her look with a black Gucci bag featuring gold detailing, which currently retails second-hand for about $2,500. 

A pair of platform black slides completed her look.

Keira previously detailed all the wild procedures she has undergone to maintain her age-defying visage during an interview with the Daily Mail in 2024.

From fractional lasers, Botox, to minor filler treatments and salmon sperm injections, Keira has been into laser and injectables since she was in her 20s.

'From a young age I had really bad acne scarring, so I'd get a lot of fractional lasers. Unintentionally, I fell into going to the clinic and getting a lot of facials,' she said.

'Actually, though, some of them took away from the natural collagen. So then I would find myself trying to get other facials to fix the other treatments that I've had.

'I've had a lot of different hardcore lasers, like resurfacing lasers.'

During fractional laser treatments, a device with a laser beam divided into thousands of microscopic treatment zones is used on the face to help sun-damaged and ageing skin.

However, Keira said those treatments were just the beginning, as she was introduced to her first filler treatment when she was 25, and then later Botox at 30.

'I got fillers in my lips when I was quite young because one of my ex-boyfriend's mum got it for my birthday. She was like let's go get lip filler for my 25th birthday,' she said.

'But I never got Botox until I was 30. The first time I got Botox was just before I went on the Bachelor [in 2016] and they did my jaw.

'So I do look a bit different, but that's because that slims your face. So a lot of people say, "She's had so much work done." But I'm like no it's just lasers and Botox.'

Keira went on to say she doesn't use as much filler as her followers think, saying she only got the injections done once in her lips and lower cheeks.

She explained that in early 2024 she had an RF fractional laser treatment done, three times within a 12-week period, and it 'melted the collagen' in her cheeks.

'If you over laser someone, you can melt the fat in their face and the collagen... I had to get filler in the lower cheeks of my face [to fix it],' she explained.

Keira has also had Profhilo, a 'bioremodelling' injectable, and Rejuran, a salmon sperm facial which is also an injectable.

'I had [the Rejuran] done three weeks ago. We did under the eyes. I definitely think the salmon sperm facial is the best thing I've ever had,' she said.

'I've had Profhilo. I don't like it. Rejuran is 100% the best thing on the market... I think it will replace filler.'

Keira has been very open about the procedures she receives, often posting about them on her Instagram page, but she is frequently criticised for her appearance.

She said most critics complain she has 'too much filler' in her cheeks, despite her insistence that her plump features are natural.

'I try not to put filler in my face. I just don't think you can reverse it... I don't believe in getting it. I've just never needed it,' she said.

'I just say [to critics]... I don't have filler in my face and if I did I would tell you. You can tell when someone has filler in their face. You can feel it.'

Keira rose to fame on Richie Strahan's season of The Bachelor in 2016, before appearing on I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! and Bachelor in Paradise in 2017 where she met Jarrod Woodgate.

The couple had an on-again-off-again relationship for about two years, before the couple split for good in late 2019.
