'At the risk of sounding cliché, it's certainly true what they say, there is no handbook to prepare you for this kind of love overnight.'

Their caption continued: 'Thank you for choosing us little man, waking up to you the last few mornings has truly felt like a dream. You already have us wrapped around your very long fingers & toes.'
Their celebrity friends and followers were quick to take to the comments with congratulatory messages for the happy couple.
'So beyond happy for you all. Welcome to the world Lennox you have no idea how lucky you are,' wrote The Bachelor's Laura Byrne.
'Oh my. CONGRATULATIONS and welcome to the world little one,' added Rebecca Gibney.
It wasn't long before cricket WAG Erin Holland joined the chorus, writing: 'Congrats you two! He's divine xx.'
Just weeks before welcoming their little one, the couple underwent another huge life change as they moved into a new home to make room for their baby.
In November, the couple confirmed they had sold their $1.42million Bondi apartment and are upsizing into their 'dream' home on the Northern beaches.
They first bought their two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment shortly after finding love together on The Bachelor in 2021.

The property was originally set to be auctioned on November 19 with a price guide of $1.4million to $1.5million, but secured an offer ahead of the planned day.
Sharing photographs of themselves standing beside a 'sold' sign, the couple confirmed in an Instagram post: 'The end of a chapter & the start of an even greater one.
'Selling our beloved little apartment and buying a house wasn't necessarily on our bingo card at 8 months pregnant, but let's just say there's no challenging a woman in the nesting phase.
'We bought our unit together after meeting on Bach having only had a few televised dates and a handful of moments without a film crew.
'We were inspecting homes together via FaceTime whilst still living in secret before the show had even aired... so maybe the saying "when you know, you know" is true.
'We cannot wait to share this next chapter of our lives with you as a family of 3 as we move to our dream first house on the Northern Beaches where we both grew up. Let the DIY begin.'

Jimmy and Holly fell in love on the 2021 season of The Bachelor Australia and went on to tie the knot in August 2023
During an Instagram Q&A, one fan asked Holly: 'How was your first trimester? I was not expecting this.'
In response, Holly admitted she had a 'rough' first few weeks of pregnancy and had suffered from low mood and the fear of miscarrying.
'Honestly really damn rough. Nausea, morning (all day) sickness and constant fatigue got me good but what was far worse for me personally was the anxiety and very low moods... the persistent fear of miscarrying and isolation,' she admitted.
'Do what I didn't do and lean on those around you who you can trust.'
'I shut my husband out and tried to handle all the changes myself which made me a very unhappy person... and made him feel totally helpless,' Holly continued.
'I can confirm, for many, it's true what they say about second trimester, the shi**y symptoms are manageable and I feel back to my old happy self again... until the little one comes and turns me into a sleep deprived monster.'
