The Bachelor's Jimmy Nicholson and his wife Holly Kingston are upgrading from their North Bondi apartment ahead of the birth of their first child.

The pair, who met on the reality dating show, are selling the Sydney home they've lived in for the past few years.

Jimmy and Holly are looking for a family home and have put their two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment on the market.

Bought just after the lovebirds got together on The Bachelor in 2021 for $1.42million, the property is set to be auctioned on November 19.

It has a price guide of $1.4million to $1.5million.

Since moving into the home, the couple have made several upgrades, including a bathroom renovation and adding air conditioning.

The property also has a modern kitchen which is equipped with a Bosch induction oven and dishwasher.

In addition to a host of modern touches, the home includes a covered balcony.

The listing comes after the realty stars recently took to Instagram to reveal the gender of their soon-to-arrive bundle of joy.

In an exciting post shared last month, the reality TV stars announced they are expecting a baby boy, and the news was met with overwhelming joy from friends.

The couple were seated in a stylish outdoor setting, surrounded by lush greenery, visibly ecstatic as they held up an envelope revealing the baby's gender.

Jimmy, looking dashing in a crisp white t-shirt and beige trousers, had an expression of shock and excitement on his face.

Their post was quickly flooded with congratulatory messages from Bachelor friends and fellow reality stars.

Among the first to chime in was fellow Bachelor star Laura Byrne, who wrote, 'First Bachi boyyyy!!!!! So happy for you both,' alongside several celebratory emojis.

Matty J and Brittany Hockley also shared their joy, with comments like 'YTB!' and 'Congrats guys.'

It's been a big year for Jimmy and Holly who announced they were expecting their first child back in June.
