Teyana Taylor Shares Her Daughter’s Sweet Reaction to Golden Globes Win
Teyana Taylor is making one fashion statement after another.
The One Battle After Another star left little to the imagination with the bold outfit she wore to the Schiaparelli Haute Couture Week Spring/Summer 2026 show on Jan. 26 during Paris Fashion Week.
For the outing, Teyana, 35, rocked a knee-length, completely sheer, black lace dress. She paired the daring dress with a long black coat, black stilettos and chunky silver jewelry, which included a large diamond bow necklace, dangly earrings and a diamond and pearl-encrusted crown.
Teyana jetted over to Paris Fashion Week just two days after she made her hosting debut on Saturday Night Live, where she marveled at her whirlwind year. As she noted in her Jan. 24 monologue, “I’ve worked so hard throughout my career to get to this point, and I’m just so grateful to be here.”
Indeed, her busy year has included a whole lot of hardware as award season heats up.
Earlier this month, she won a Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in One Battle After Another and was nominated in the same category at the Critics Choice Awards. And then, of course, there’s her Oscar nomination for her performance in the Paul Thomas Anderson film, which also stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Chase Infiniti, Benicio Del Toro, Regina Hall and Sean Penn.

After her Golden Globes win, the singer-songwriter emphasized to E! News how she had to remain “grounded and patient” to achieve this success, explaining, “To see everything pay off, to see that patience pay off, it makes you feel so good. I have no regrets.”
The mom of two—she shares two daughters, 10-year-old Iman and 5-year-old Rue, with ex Iman Shumpert—also said she was glad to have received her kids’ full attention during her big moment after joking in her acceptance speech that they “better not” be on their phones.

“It was so cute because they were actually in the lobby,” Teyana revealed. "It was so crazy. As soon as I see my daughter afterward she was like, ‘See, Mommy, we wasn’t on our phones!’”
