Tess Crosley shared a sizzling bikini picture on Sunday, showing AFL star Lachie Neale what he's missing after her former affair partner debuted his new girlfriend.

The mother-of-one, 30, stripped down to a black and white polka dot two-piece as she showed off her athletic frame in a mirror selfie at The Bathhouse Albion.

She appeared to have just got out of a pool, with her dark locks damp and brushed back from her makeup-free face. 

Tess, who was at the centre of the marriage breakdown between Lachie, 33, and his ex-wife Jules Neale last year, buried the bikini picture in a gallery of other photos.

The images showed a recent glimpse into her life, revealing the cold pool she took a dip in before her mirror selfie.

Tess then seemed to stop at Wineism in Albion to enjoy a drink and some food with a friend.

Other images in the reel showed her son Beau, two, who she shares with ex-husband Ben Crosley, enjoying some doughnuts.

Tess then finished her day off with some self-care at home, taking selfies of herself wearing pimple patches and a face mask. 

It comes after Lachie was spotted with his rumoured new girlfriend, Emma Field, for the first time, following reports he had 'moved on' after the dramatic collapse of his marriage to his now-estranged wife Jules.

The AFL star and the glamorous brunette were spotted at Brisbane Airport after a trip to Melbourne, where his team, the Brisbane Lions, played on Saturday night.

The pair looked comfortable in each other's company as they collected their luggage, chatting away while sharing their Boost Juice drinks.

The sighting came after The Daily Telegraph reported that Lachie had moved on with Emma, 29, after his highly publicised split with wife Jules.

The footy star has largely kept his private life out of the spotlight since the former couple separated late last year, but is understood to have told friends he is now seeing somebody.

Emma was also pictured with a female friend in the stands at the Gabba during the Lions' Round 20 clash last month.

She is also believed to have travelled to Perth one week earlier, when the Brisbane Lions faced the West Coast Eagles.

Eagle-eyed followers have also noticed Lachie has liked several of Emma's Instagram photographs.

Emma reportedly works in advertising and is said to have recently discussed the possibility of transferring to Melbourne.

Neither Lachie nor Emma have publicly confirmed the reported relationship.

The development comes as speculation continues to surround Lachie's own football future.

The unrestricted free agent is reportedly keen on a move to Victoria next season following seven years with Brisbane, and Collingwood is considered to be leading the race for his signature.

Lachie and Jules, 36, announced their separation in November after the former WAG claimed she had been betrayed 'in the most unimaginable way'.

Their marriage breakdown became the subject of intense public scrutiny amid allegations involving Jules' former close friend Tess.

Lachie subsequently acknowledged responsibility for the split but did not provide details about what had occurred.

He stepped down as Brisbane co-captain in January and apologised while accepting the consequences of his behaviour.

The former couple have continued co-parenting their two children, Piper, four, and Freddie, one.

Jules returned to her hometown of Perth with the children before Christmas and recently purchased a house there.
