Teen Mom’s Kailyn Lowry Expresses Regret Over “Mutilating” Her Body With Plastic Surgery
Ryan Edwards and Amanda Conner’s forever starts now.
The Teen Mom star—who appeared on season one of the MTV reality series alongside ex Maci Bookout—proposed to his pregnant girlfriend during a family vacation. And he posted an adorable video to commemorate the moment.
To the lyrics of Cooper Alan’s “Take Forever,” the video—which Ryan posted on Instagram Jan. 12—captures the 37-year-old getting down on one knee in the snow while their family watched around a cozy fire. And upon saying yes, Amanda bent over to give him the sweetest kiss.
The big milestone comes three months after the couple—who has been dating since September 2023—announced that they are expecting their first baby together. The Teen Mom: The Next Chapter star posted a TikTok video Oct. 4 of her stomach, with Ryan—who also shares Bentley, 16, with ex Maci as well as Jagger, 6, and Stella, 5, with ex-wife Mackenzie Standifer—rubbing his hand over her growing bump and planting a kiss near her belly button.
Two days after sharing the sweet baby news, Amanda gave insight into how her pregnancy journey has been going, revealing that she had been “trying” to quit vaping for the sake of her little one. And along with leaving bad habits in the past, she detailed her experience with morning sickness after a commenter recalled being “so sick” throughout her pregnancies.
"Same,” Amanda—who also has a son from a previous relationship—replied. “This has been a rough pregnancy."
But, luckily, she has her fiancé to support her throughout her pregnancy journey. And even Maci recently shared insight into how well co-parenting with Ryan has been going.
"All of us involved have done a whole lot of work," the 32-year-old—who is also mom to Jayde, 9, and Maverick, 8, with husband Taylor McKinney—told E! News in June. "We have just honestly worked on ourselves. So, naturally, it's all coming together."
And though Maci noticed that his relationships with the whole blended family have improved after his sobriety journey—which started after he overdosed in April 2023—she was most proud to see him focusing on himself.
"I think most important is his relationship with himself,” she continued. “I feel like he's done the work, is still doing the work. And it's really cool to see. I'm really proud of them.”
