Taylor Swift's cookie recipe makes its way into Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's legal battle

A Taylor Swift cookie recipe could appear in Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni's ongoing legal war.

Lively's, 38, legal representation has filed a series of new evidence, including 'a Taylor Swift cookie recipe that was linked in other correspondence,' per TMZ, to be used in the upcoming court case.

In response, Baldoni's, 42, legal team has asked the presiding judge for extended time to review the new exhibits.

And his reps say the recipe 'is exceptionally unlikely' to be shown to the jury at trial, which begins May 18.

Additionally, Lively included photos of her and Swift, 36, plus a gushing speech about husband Ryan Reynolds in the documents.

Baldoni's team has requested a week to sort through Lively's 68 exhibits - filed by her team on Friday morning - as well as for her list of witnesses and evidence to be reasonably whittled down.

The Daily Mail has reached out to representatives for Swift for comment but has yet to hear back.

The singer's former BFF Lively suffered a setback when a judge threw out 10 of her 13 claims against It Ends With Us co-star Baldoni earlier this month.

Now the actress has added Reynolds to her already lengthy witness list.

Reynolds has staunchly supported his wife as she prepares to go against Baldoni in court.

According to People, the actor, 49, is expected to testify about production and promotion issues, and the alleged retaliation and damages at the center of the case.

Lively is also expected to testify, along with Baldoni, when the legal showdown begins. Both rejected attempts to settle the lawsuit earlier this week.

Others on Lively's witness list include her sister Robyn Lively, plus It Ends With Us co-stars Jenny Slate and Isabela Ferrer.

She also has selected some of Baldoni's associates to testify and corroborate her claims, including his former podcast co-host Liz Plank, his former publicist Stephanie Jones, and PR manager Melissa Nathan.

Colleen Hoover, who wrote the book on which the movie is based, has also been named as a potential witness.

Her testimony is expected to be presented via deposition rather than in-person testimony.

Baldoni argues that Hoover's testimony should be stricken from the evidence because the writer was never on the It Ends With Us movie set.

As for Slate, he thinks her complaints about him should be barred because any issues she had were resolved at the time.

In December 2024 Lively named co-star and director Baldoni in a lawsuit accusing him of sexual harassment, retaliatory conduct, and intentional infliction of emotional stress.

The legal battle has reportedly affected her friendship with Swift, who was dragged into the drama when Baldoni's team subpoenaed Lively for text messages, emails and any other messages between her and the singer.

His lawyers were then allowed to pore through the text trail, and in one text exchange, Lively appeared to refer to herself as the Game of Thrones character Khaleesi, and to Swift as one of her 'dragons.'

Elsewhere in Baldoni's filing is the claim that Swift was present at a meeting convened by Lively at her New York penthouse to discuss script changes.

Sources close to Swift insisted the singer had no knowledge of the meeting and simply arrived to find it underway.

The situation reportedly left the songstress — who is godmother to Lively's three daughters — feeling 'exploited.'
