Taylor Momsen is recovering from a venomous spider bite as she tours in Mexico.
The 32-year-old actress-turned-singer used Instagram to inform her 2.4 million followers that she spent the night in a hospital on Wednesday.
She initially shared a photo of her inflamed leg on Tuesday evening, writing, 'Hospital today, show tomorrow, poisonous spiders are NO BUENO. but the show must go on, see you tomorrow Mexico City!'
The following morning she updated fans: 'Or I just spend the night in the hospital…thank you to the amazing doctors who, well, they know ❤️❤️❤️ .'
The caption was accompanied by a photo of Momsen propped up in a hospital bed with a black face mask over her mouth as she held a blue ice pack to her head.
She also shared a POV video clip of her being rolled through a hospital on a stretcher with her splotchy red leg exposed.

The singer is currently traveling with her band The Pretty Reckless, opening for AC/DC's Power Up tour.
Momsen has been in Mexico since early April, and she was originally bit almost one week ago.
It comes two years after she got a bat bite while performing on stage in Spain.
Last Thursday she used social media to share a video of a doctor tending to her right leg as she asked the camera, 'When do my super powers kick in?'
She shared in the caption, 'So it wouldn’t be an AC/DC tour if I didn’t get bit…
'This time a massive spider decided to take a chunk out of me and its venom did a number on my system so had to have the wonderful doctors in Mexico come and deliver quite the shot before the show last night…add it to the list! Spider woman? Batgirl?
A fan commented on Tuesday's post, 'Omg. First a bat now a spider.' And the blonde rock star replied, 'I know.. W. T. F.'
Momsen is due on stage in Mexico City on Wednesday evening, then she'll have some time off before hitting the road again in June.

She rose to fame playing Jenny Humphrey, the impressionable younger sister to Penn Badgley's Dan Humphrey.
During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast last fall, she admitted that her role in the teen drama had been 'killing' her before she exited.
She was written out of the show after the fourth season as she began pursuing music full time.
'Season one's a whirlwind,' the Just Tonight hitmaker said before adding that it was around season two that she knew she wanted to leave the show.
But making the pivot was not easy, she explained to host Alex Cooper, as she was locked in a contract.
Eventually, she found a loophole, going to the screenwriters, who agreed to write her character out of the production.
