A frail Tatum O'Neal has been spotted walking with a cane while out and about with her family.
The actress, 62, who suffered a near-fatal stroke in 2020 caused by a drug overdose, was joined by her daughter Emily McEnroe and son-in-law Tim Massarelli during an outing in Los Angeles on Saturday.
The Oscar winner needed some assistance on her feet and was seen clutching her son-in-law's hand as they exited a Marriott Hotel together.
She was dressed casually and comfortably in black flats, a simple black dress and a dark navy blue coat.
O'Neal was one of the many A-listers who appeared at The Hollywood Show fan convention in Burbank over the weekend.
Other stars in attendance included Tara Reid, Linda Blair, Barbara Eden, and Ann-Margret.

O'Neal shot to fame in the 1973 drama Paper Moon with her father Ryan O'Neal.
At age 10, the role nabbed her Best Supporting Actress at the Academy Awards, making her the youngest winner in Oscars history.
She also starred in The Bad News Bears (1976), followed by Nickelodeon (1976), and Little Darlings (1980).
O'Neal's struggles with substance abuse began in her teenage years, following her own chaotic upbringing by actress mother Joanna Moore and her dad Ryan, who died in 2023 at age 82 after battling chronic leukemia and prostate cancer.
Her childhood was marked by neglect and abuse, as described in her memoir A Paper Life.
She is the ex-wife of tennis star John McEnroe; the couple married in 1986, split in 1992 and divorced two years later and have three children together.
In 1998, Tatum lost custody of her three children - Kevin, Emily and Sean - to her ex-husband because of her heroin addiction.
In 2020, O'Neal 'almost died' after she overdosed on drugs, had a severe stroke, and ended up being in a coma for six weeks.

The actress was taken to the hospital after she was found in her Century City apartment following an overdose on pain medication, opiates, and morphine.
'She also had a cardiac arrest and a number of seizures,' her son Kevin McEnroe told People magazine at the time.
'There were times we didn't think she was going to survive,' he added.
Since the incident, O'Neal has been working on building up her strength, memory, and reading and writing abilities at several rehabilitation facilities.
She also attended 12-step meetings and focused on her recovery under the guidance of a physician.
On October 16, O'Neal indicated that she's been doing much better after sharing a selfie on Instagram and captioning it, 'Hope'.
O'Neal was last seen on screen in the low budget family drama Not to Forget back in 2021.
