Tasha Ghouri has said she suffered 'burnout' last year and it was the 'year of shedding' after splitting from ex boyfriend Andrew Le Page

The Strictly Come Dancing star, 27, and Love Island star Andrew, 30, broke up in January last year after two years of dating.

Now, Tasha has said she had 'completely lost all confidence' following her split as she opened up in a new TikTok video.

She said: 'It's been a long time since I've come on here and spoken to you all. I'm so nervous I don't know why, I use to be so much more confident doing these videos and I've just been so scared of judgement.

'But its 2026 and we are not doing that anymore, it's a new year and I just need to stop overthinking, so hi.'

Tasha gushed she is in a 'really good place mentally' and is happier than ever since finding love with CBBC presenter boyfriend Cam Whitnall last May.

She continued: 'First thing I want to say is I am so happy I feel like I'm glowing from within and I can't stop smiling and I'm with someone who is so amazing, he's just a great guy and you can all see he is incredible.

'I'm in a really good place mentally, last year people were saying it was the year of the snake and I definitely felt that, I felt the shedding process and this is the year of the horse. Leos this is our glow-up year

'Fear is something that stops you but that just means I care and I want to reconnect with you all again.'

Tasha explained that she had 'burnout' last year but has since 'worked on herself' and is in a 'positive' place now.

The reality star continued: 'You have probably seen I was on a safari trip with Cam and I had the best time.

'It was just amazing being around the animals and being in Cam's world. It was the best trip I've ever been on, there is no feeling like it. I wish I could live my safari life forever.

'I've been away for three weeks but ready to get back into work, I have a feeling good things are coming and I'm ready to work hard. A lot of you have been messaging saying I'm looking happy and glowing, this is your sign to start again

'It's ok to hit a wall and it's ok to burnout which is me last year, I just completely lost all confidence.

'It just means you've been giving a lot for a long time and it doesn't mean your failing, it just means you need a bit of a break and work on yourself and that is ok.

'If anyone is in the same position as me, cheers to more positive and gratitude.'

Following he split from Andrew, Tasha's mental health spiraled so much she didn't want to leave her bedroom.

The break-up soon turned bitter, with Andrew accusing Tasha of being on celebrity dating app Raya while they were in a relationship.

In a Q and A on Instagram, Tasha revealed she was subjected to horrific abuse from trolls who blamed her for the demise of the romance.

Tasha wrote: 'I was so so anxious to share this, I've experience a lot of horrific trolls in the past year in my messages online and it massively impacted my mental health to the point I didn't want to leave my bedroom.

'I'm getting emotional typing this but this feels like a fresh new beginning and it's the perfect haven to restart.'

Since, the dancer began dating presenter Cam in May after splitting from her co-star Andrew in January 2025.

Tasha was first spotted with the presenter in the audience at a Strictly Come Dancing live show in October, after she previously competed in the BBC competition last year - making it all the way to the final with pro partner Aljaž Škorjanec.

The Daily Mail revealed last year that she was dating Cam, who appears in CBBC series One Zoo Three and BBC show OZT Goes Wild alongside his brothers Ty and Aaron.

Cam, whose family run Hertfordshire Zoo, is the managing director of a non-profit charity, The Big Cat Sanctuary, which rescues wild cats and protects species at risk of extinction.

'It means you've been giving a lot for a long time and it doesn't mean your failing, it just means you need a bit of a break and work on yourself. Cheers to more positive and gratitude,' she said

The Daily Mail understands the new couple have bonded over their love for animals after Tasha rescued her dog, Luna, who she previously shared with ex boyfriend Andrew, from Spanish charity Alora Dog Rescue and Homeward Bound.

A source said: 'Tasha and Cam are in the early stages of dating. They have been seeing each other for around a month now and share so much in common, from a personal and professional standpoint.

'Cam is a great guy and has a lot going for him, Tasha has definitely been thrilled getting to know him and the feeling is mutual.'

Last month, the couple enjoyed a lavish safari staying at one of the many deluxe Wilderness Destinations' resorts.

Tasha tunned in a wild bikini as she posed in a clip from her luxury safari holiday.

She was captured as she took the plunge in a lavish pool located in the middle of the desert in Namibia, Southern Africa, with wild animals roaming around.

The ITV star sported a zebra-printed bikini while soaking the sun on her relaxing getaway, where she was joined by Cam, 30.

Earlier in the day, Tasha took to her Stories documenting some of the best bits from their holiday so far, including safari experiences in the Kwessi Dunes, which she branded 'incredible'.
