Tamra Judge shared a number of brutal messages from her mom, Sandy Baker, about the appearance of her face after undergoing plastic surgery procedures.

The Real Housewives of Orange County star, 57, took to her Instagram Stories on Tuesday — the fourth day of her recovery — after spending $15,000 on a brow lift, CO2 laser treatment and blue chemical peel.

The treatments have resulted in facial swelling and the peeling of her skin, making her face look nearly unrecognizable.

In a number of video posts the star shared that both her mom and her son have made comments about her appearance, and even shared screenshots of the harsh texts.

'Your face literally makes me want to throw up. It looks so painful and you don’t look like yourself,' her mom wrote in one text.

'One of my friends called and asked if you’d been in a motorcycle accident,' Sandy added.

'Feels like a motorcycle accident,' Tamra replied with a number of crying out laughing emojis.

'She thought you fell off your motorcycle,' her mom continued.

Tamra kept a good humor about the situation, replying, 'Omg. I can't stop laughing about your text message.'

Her mom continued roasting her, as she added, 'Another friend called and said you look homeless. Said your face looks dirty.'

Tamra also shared she was unfazed by her mom's blunt texts in a clip on her Stories, telling her fans, 'I literally can’t stop laughing about my mom’s text message to me. You guys know where I get my empathy from right?'

'It was a good day in my household when somebody said to me, "You don't look that fat and ugly today." So, now you know where I get it from. But it's all in good love, and it's what I respond to mostly is just the cold hard facts. Don't sugarcoat s**t ever.'

Elsewhere, after asked by a fan if her mom was 'supportive' of her surgeries, she stated, 'My mom doesn't care, but I didn't tell her everything I was having done because she worries. And I don't want my mom to worry.'

She also shared a text from son Ryan Vieth. He wished her a happy birthday, before asking, 'How's the face?'

'Not great,' she replied, sending him a selfie of her face.

Earlier in the day she vowed to stop going under the knife after the 'brutal' procedures left her in agonizing pain.

The reality star, who splashed out on the surgical makeover as a 57th birthday gift to herself, has spent days recovering in bed from the procedures.

'The pain is coming in different ways,' she told DailyMail.com on Tuesday.

'At first it was my forehead that hurt so bad for three days. I couldn't even listen to people talk. I couldn't have the TV on. All I could do is just lie in one spot,' she continued.

'So after a couple of days of that, then it became my teeth that were throbbing, and then my sinuses were throbbing, and now my face is crunchy. So every day it's something new.'

Judge said that she's cleared her entire schedule for the next two weeks so she can focus solely on recovering.

When asked why she went back under the knife, Judge admitted that she was trying to balance out a lower face lift she'd had done back in 2017.

'I had a lower facelift, so it was like my brows were starting to get heavy but my lower face was staying the same,' she explained.

'So I felt like, you know what, I'm going to go ahead and get a brow lift!'

When she went in to consult with Newport Beach surgeon Dr. Donald Mowlds, he suggested that she also do a CO2 laser treatment and blue chemical peel to help with the texture and appearance of her skin.

'I have a lot of brown spots and fine lines and stuff like that, so it's supposed to take 10 years off your skin. So I said, "Sure, let's do it" - not knowing that the CO2 laser was going to be this brutal!'

Judge admitted that she had decided to splash out on the procedures as a gift to herself.

'It was actually my birthday present to myself. I thought, "I'm going to get it done now because I'm 57 years old." Sixty is around the corner, so I might as well do it now because there's got to be an age where I just stop caring,' she said.

Unlike some of her fellow Real Housewives stars, Judge said it was important for her to be 'open and transparent' about the work she's had done.

'I don't want people to think I'm doing nothing and this is the way I look. And if I can help somebody else be like, "You know what? I want to do that too. I want to feel better about myself." Why not?'

As for the future, the star says she's back to focusing on leading a healthy lifestyle through diet and exercise and has no plans to have any more work done.

Judge has been documenting her excruciating recovery process on social media.

On Monday she posted an up-close video displaying her chapped and peeling visage, writing in the caption, 'So, today’s actually day three—taking it one step at a time… literally. Happy birthday to me.'

'This is the worst day of it all and it happens to be on my birthday.'

Turning to show her plump cheek, she admitted, 'The swelling is pretty bad,' adding, 'The doctor wanted to put me on a steroid pack today but [my husband] Eddie went to go pick it up and the pharmacy's closed today.'

She said she'd do it tomorrow instead. The Bravo personality said she was feeling a bit better today and was able to take a shower.

On Sunday, she shared an update on day three of her recovery, with her face looking much more swollen and her skin peeling, as she told her followers it felt like her skin was 'going to burst.'

'I don't know how it can get any worse. You can see it's getting oozy. I can barely open my eyes,' she shared.

'Day three and the swelling's making a statement. Progress isn't always pretty, but it's happening,' she captioned the clip.

The star has been candid about her plastic surgery, insisting that it's important to be 'open and transparent' with her followers (Pictured in 2023)

The posts received mixed reviews from her 1.8 million followers, with some praising her for being candid about her cosmetic procedures, while others expressed concerns about the pressure to maintain a youthful appearance.

'I love your honesty with all the cosmetic things that you do to yourself that most lie about,' one wrote, to which Judge replied with heart emojis.

'The risk isn't worth the reward. We need to stop the butchering of ourselves for a beauty that is only skin deep. Why not use your platform to promote self love and acceptance? Just my personal feeling on the matter,' someone else wrote.

Tamra has been open about her experiences with plastic surgery. In 2017, she underwent a lower facelift.

'I call it a comeback,' she told host Andy Cohen during an appearance on Watch What Happens Live in 2018.

'It's just a mini. Don't call it a facelift, call it a comeback!'
