The fitness influencer shared an intimate glimpse at her family dynamic since Matt joined her family.
The 29-year-old and her three children, Wolf, eight, Saskia, six, and Posy, one, posed together for sweet photos shared to Instagram on Friday.
Matt and Tammy opted for matching burnt orange ensembles as they cuddled up with the three kids, who wore white.

Tammy recently returned from a winter wonderland honeymoon with freshly minted groom Matt, 29, in Finland.
The mum-of-three took to Instagram last Saturday to share a series of delightfully cheesy family Christmas photos.
The photos showed Tammy and Matt and Tammy's kids wearing matching Christmas sweaters.
They were not afraid to ham it up with an array of poses that would not be out of place on popular humour site Awkward Family Photos.
One image showed Tammy and Matt kneeling on the floor with Posy in their lap, while Wolf and Saskia stood behind.
Instead of looking at the camera, the quirky quintet held their gaze toward something out of frame.
Another hilarious photo showed Matt laying on the ground on his stomach with his feet in the air and his hand placed playfully under his chin.
Posy was happy to lay on Matt's back with her arms around his neck while Tammy perched on his raised feet.

Tammy sat perched on Matt's feet while Posy rested herself on his back.
A third photo showed the group posing side on in descending height order, again holding their gaze away from the camera.
Another showed all five beaming broadly as they struck a hammy pose in front of a painted Christmas-themed window backdrop.
The playfulness didn't stop there, either with one photo showing the group posing front on, this time in descending height order with their hands placed on each other's heads.
Captioning the giggle-worthy photos, Tammy said this was a Christmas tradition her fans would have to get used to.
'Hands down my new favourite tradition,' she wrote. 'Can't wait to recreate this every year.'
Tammy's friends, fans, and followers were besotted with the Yuletide themed images including her sister Amy.

Amy was quick to praise her brother-in-law's photogenic nature with: It's like Matthew was born for this.'
Still not done, Amy commented a second time with: 'This is my favourite thing ever.'
It seems that Tammy's fans agreed with Amy, commenting the likes of: 'This is incredible,' and 'The Best Family Christmas photos I've seen ever ever!!!'
Tammy looked stunning in a strapless ivory and blush pink gown that featured an elaborate tulle train and a corset bodice, highlighting her ample cleavage.
The blonde beauty completed her look with a long ivory veil and her hair was styled with long hair extensions in a half ponytail with a middle part.
As the couple held hands, Tammy became emotional and broke down in tears while they exchanged vows and said, 'I do.'

She was supported by her bridesmaids: her sisters Amy, 34, and Emilee, 32, along with her half-sister Ava Olympia and Starlette Thynne.
Following the wedding, Tammy and Matt jetted off for an equally luxe, snowbound honeymoon.
The couple were living it up at the stunning Aurora Collection Lapland Resort in Saariselkä which is famed for views of the Northern Lights.
Clocking in at as much $1100 per night, the resort offers 'Arctic scenery from the comfort of your own cabin', according to the website.
Tammy was not shy about taking to social media during the loved-up post-wedding vacation to share a raft of jealousy inducing photos from the couple's enviable honeymoon.
Settling into married life, Tammy also revealed, last week that she had taken her husband's name on social media.
The bio on her Instagram account, which boasts an impressive 17.3 million followers now bears the name Tammy Zukowski.
However her account handle @tammyhembrow remains unchanged.
