Tammy Hembrow's Gold Coast mansion fails to sell as $3.92million auction bid is rejected

Tammy Hembrow's lavish four-bedroom, four-bathroom Gold Coast mansion failed to sell at auction on Friday, despite attracting a generous bid of nearly $4million.

The 32-year-old influencer's Broadbeach Waters riverfront estate went under the hammer on Friday as part of Ray White Malan + Co's Gold Coast Auction Experience at The Langham. 

Bidding opened at $3.8million before climbing to $3.92million - but the offer was ultimately rejected, with the property passed in.

The final bid was more than $1million above the $2.88million Hembrow paid for the home in 2020 - but it still wasn't enough to secure a sale.

The result comes as Hembrow appears ready to move on from the property, which has featured heavily across her social media accounts since she bought it. 

The 979sqm riverfront block boasts 30.6m of Nerang River frontage and sweeping views towards the city skyline. 

According to the real estate advertisement, the rendered double-storey residence 'exudes timeless charm' and features a carport framed by pencil pines and Canary Island date palms. 

Other property highlights include an oversized kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining room, a pool and a boat ramp. 

Hembrow previously shared everything from sunrises to glimpses of dolphins swimming outside her home with her followers. 

The property has also been the backdrop to several major moments in Hembrow's personal life. 

It is the same mansion Hembrow previously shared with former fiancé and ironman Matt Poole.

She later lived at the property during her relationship with Love Island alum Matt Zukowski, which ended in June 2025, just seven months after they married. 

Hembrow also filmed videos at the property with former partner Reece Hawkins and their two children, Saskia and Wolf, last year.

She later revealed she had attempted to rekindle her romance with Hawkins. 

But the influencer now appears to be turning the page once again.

Hembrow, who is currently dating 23-year-old model Grayson Te Moana, has reportedly been searching for an acreage property in the Gold Coast hinterland. 

The property has also undergone a string of upgrades during Hembrow's ownership, including a custom closet, fluted cabinetry, rendered detailing and a glass chandelier. 

During the marketing campaign, Hembrow even relaxed her previous ban on public open homes, although visitors were warned they could not take photographs or film inside.

The failed auction comes after the closure of Hembrow's eight-year-old athleisure label Saski, marking another major change for the fitness entrepreneur.
