Tammy Hembrow's four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion is set to go under the hammer on September 25.
The Gold Coast A-lister's property is located on the Nerang River in Broadbeach Waters.
According to the real estate advertisement, the rendered double-storey residence 'exudes timeless charm', and features a 'porte-cochere' (fancy talk for a carport) framed by Pencil Pines and Canary Island Date Palms.
Other property highlights include an oversized kitchen, an open-plan lounge and dining room, a pool and a boat ramp.
While it doesn't yet have a price guide, properties in the area have a median price range of $2,540,000.
Hembrow purchased the 979-square-metre property in June 2020 for $2.8million.

It comes after Hembrow's 23-year-old boyfriend Grayson Te Moana raised eyebrows by hinting she was pregnant with their first child.
The part-time model and aspiring influencer took to TikTok in August to share a photo of Tammy filling in a waiver form on her phone that included a question about whether she was pregnant.
Tammy, who has three children, selected the option indicating she was in her first trimester.
However, the apparent 'pregnancy announcement' was simply a sad excuse to 'ragebait', with Grayson captioning the post: 'Fun waiver joke'.
That did not stop fans from questioning whether a baby is on the way, with several followers expressing their shock in the comments section.
'She's pregnant whaaaat?' one user wrote, as another asked: 'Pregnant??'
Another confused fan added: 'Is this pregnancy just rage bait orrr…?'
Grayson and Tammy did not respond to fans' questions.
