Sydney Sweeney gets boyfriend Scooter Braun's support at her lingerie event in LA after couple's near run-in with Taylor Swift

Sydney Sweeney was seen with boyfriend Scooter Braun at a SYRN pop-up event in Los Angeles on Thursday.

The 28-year-old actress-turned-entrepreneur wore a cleavage-baring, short-sleeved white shirt with low-rise, flared blue jeans.

Underneath her top and bottoms, she teased a blue lingerie set from her underwear brand, which she launched in January.

She carried a small, baby blue purse over her shoulder and added black sunglasses. 

The 44-year-old music executive joined her at frozen yogurt shop Bigg Chill, stepping out in jeans, a navy blue jacket, and a New York Knicks cap.

It comes after the couple narrowly avoided an awkward run-in with Braun's nemesis Taylor Swift, 36, at game four of the NBA Finals on Wednesday night. 

Swift was seated courtside with a friend group that included Mariska Hargitay, plus sisters Alana and Este Haim. 

And just a few rows back were Sweeney and Braun, who later took to Instagram to share outtakes from their time at the sporting event.

Braun's feud with Swift began in 2019, when he purchased the master recordings to her first six studio albums – her self-titled debut, Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989 and Reputation.  

He obtained the music by acquiring Swift's original label, Big Machine Records, which she left for Republic Records.

After going public about the sale, Swift claimed she had previously asked Big Machine Records founder Scott Borchetta to let her buy her master recordings from the label, but he would only allow the purchase on unfavorable terms.

Braun sold the recordings to the private equity firm Shamrock Holdings in 2020. Then, in 2025, Swift announced that she bought back her masters from the company.

In a recent episode of the Second Thought With Suzy Weiss podcast, Braun spoke publicly about his and the singer's 'feud' for the first time.

'I think there's this big misconception that we knew each other and we had this feud and I managed her for years.

'And people are usually shocked to find out that I legitimately don't know her and didn't have many interactions with her and never really knew her,' he said in May.

Sweeney and Braun were first romantically linked in June 2025 after they were seen together at Jeff Bezos and Lauren Sánchez's Venice wedding.

The Euphoria star opened up about her mission for SYRN earlier this year, insisting she wants to ensure every piece fits well and works on a 'beautiful range of body types.'

She told Cosmopolitan magazine in January: 'My designers are all women, and I have an amazing diverse team.

'My models are a beautiful range of body types. I'm always like: "I want to see it on every body." I can't be the only model. I need to make sure everyone feels really good in it.'

Sweeney emphasized, 'If I wouldn't wear it, I wouldn't want to make it.'

The lingerie range is just one of the entrepreneur's latest business pursuits.

She also recently launched a production company called Honey Trap.

Its first project is Hollow, a reframing of The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, seen through the eyes of Katrina Van Tassel, played by Sweeney.
